SANTA XXXXXX COLLEGE. In order to benefit both California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and Santa Xxxxxx College (SMC) in the recruitment and retention of international students, and to help students achieve their educational goal of earning a bachelor’s degree, CSUSB and SMC commit to maintaining and enhancing relations between their institutions with regard to facilitating transition and providing guaranteed admission into a non-impacted major at CSUSB for all “qualified” SMC international students.
