Carrier Network Service. (a) In order to be eligible to purchase MCI Carrier Network Services (hereinafter "CNS"): 1) Except in areas where service origination is not available from access providers via a Carrier Identification Code ("CIC"), Customer must originate all CNS switched outbound traffic and all CNS operator services traffic via ANI's PICed to Customer's own CIC. Customer shall pay all charges associated with the installation and routing of Customer's CIC in all Local Exchange Carrier ("LEC") end offices. MCI requires at least sixty (60) days prior written notice to deactivate or change the translation for sub CIC routing at any end office and/or tandem. MCI must handle all Authorized Service Requests (ASRs) submitted to the appropriate MCI CONFIDENTIAL LEC(s) for MCI's CNS. In addition, Customer shall be financially responsible for payment of all fees charged by the local exchange carrier related to the ASRs submitted to modify the sub-CIC routing and migrate traffic to or from MCI's network, subject to application of any credits available pursuant to Paragraph 3(a) of Attachment 1 of this Agreement. 2) Customer shall comply with Section 64.1100 of the FCC's Rules and Regulations, as well as other applicable laws or regulations pertaining to the sale and delivery of telecommunications service(s) to Customer's customers. MCI shall not be liable to Customer's customers for any claim, liability or expense asserted by those customers in connection with Customer's sale or delivery of such service(s), including the unauthorized conversion of a customer's Primary Interexchange Carrier ("PIC") designation to Customer's CIC. In the event Customer violates any FCC or other applicable law or regulation pertaining to the sale or delivery of Customer's service(s), MCI may terminate this Agreement on not less than five (5) days written notice. Following such termination, Customer will be permitted no more than ninety (90) days to transition Customer's existing telecommunications service off of the MCI network and to other service provider(s) (the "Transition Period"), subject to Customer's compliance with the payment provisions set forth in Paragraph 5(f) of this Agreement. In the event that Customer fails to comply with the payment terms set forth in Paragraph 5(f), the Transition Period will immediately end without further notice and MCI shall have the right to immediately terminate further service to Customer.   • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.
