Casual Lecturers. (a) Casual Lecturers shall be paid rates set out in the First Schedule of this Agreement for every hour of work for which they have been employed, provided that when an hour of work involves timetabled teaching there shall be an agreed amount of additional paid work credited which shall not be less than 0.2 of an hour for each teaching hour. (b) Whenever a casual lecturer is re-employed, a review of their position on the salary scale in the First Schedule must be undertaken to recognise any changes in their qualifications and an accumulation of their teaching experience. (c) Outworkers supporting a distance learning programme shall be paid 1/1150 of the annual salary of the grade and step to which they have been appointed, for each hour of script marking.

Casual Lecturers. (a) The casual hourly rate for lecturing includes a loading in recognition of the time to perform the Activities Related to Delivery (ARD) work associated with each hour of lecturing, plus a loading in lieu of the leave and allowances that apply to permanent and fixed term contract lecturers under this Agreement. (b) The Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 casual hourly rates apply to employees delivering training, including assessment associated with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). (c) The Level 1 casual rate applies to the delivery of training for Adult Community Education (ACE) courses and Professional Activities relating to ACE courses only. (d) The Level 2 casual rate applies to the delivery of training for Certificates or Labour Market Programs Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Certificates I, II and III courses only. (e) The Level 3 casual rate applies to the delivery of training for Associate Diploma/Advanced Certificate Small Business Management, AQF Certificate IV courses and above. (f) The Level 4 rate of pay applies to casual employees performing Professional Activities, which are non-delivery, non-preparation non-ARD duties. (g) The casual hourly rate for Professional Activities (PA) includes a loading in lieu of the leave and allowances that apply to permanent and fixed term contract lecturers under this agreement.
Casual Lecturers. Casual lecturers receive payment for annual leave at the rate of eight per cent. Payment for statutory holidays shall be made only if the lecturer would have worked the day in question as part of their normal timetable. Payment for lecturer discretionary leave is included in their hourly rate.
Casual Lecturers. (a) Casual lecturers shall be paid rates set out in Schedule B of this CA for every hour of work for which they have been employed, provided that when an hour of work consists of timetabled teaching there shall be an agreed amount of additional paid work credited which shall not be less than 0.2 of an hour for each timetabled teaching hour. (b) In determining the amount of additional paid work to be credited for each timetabled teaching hour, the employer shall maintain an equitable workload which reflects that of lecturers undertaking the same or similar teaching duties. (c) A policy to determine the loadings shall be developed, monitored and reviewed in accordance with Schedule D.
Casual Lecturers. Holiday pay for casual lecturers will be paid in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003. Payment for statutory holidays shall be made only if the casual lecturer would have worked the day in question as part of their normal timetable.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (b) The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee, one of whom shall be chair. This committee shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement and the number of nurses on the Grievance Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (c) It is agreed that Union representatives and members of the Grievance Committee have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, in the performance of their duties, a union representative or member of the Grievance Committee is required to enter a unit within the hospital in which they are not ordinarily employed they shall, immediately upon entering such unit, report their presence to the supervisor or nurse in charge, as the case may be. When resuming their regular duties and responsibilities, such representatives shall again report to their immediate supervisor. The Hospital agrees to pay for all time spent during their regular hours by such representatives hereunder.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Customer and Trade Relations As of the Closing Date, there exists no actual or, to the knowledge of any Credit Party, threatened termination or cancellation of, or any material adverse modification or change in: the business relationship of any Credit Party with any customer or group of customers whose purchases during the preceding 12 months caused them to be ranked among the ten largest customers of such Credit Party; or the business relationship of any Credit Party with any supplier material to its operations.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
