CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. The following categories of individuals will be covered by this system.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Individuals who file Federal Individual Income Tax Returns; individuals who file other information filings; and individuals operating under powers of attorney.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. (a) Individuals who have applied for or are receiving payments (including contract, grant, benefit or loan payments) disbursed by any Federal agency, its agents or contractors; (b) Individuals declared ineligible to participate in Federal procurement programs or to receive certain Federal loans, assistance, and/or benefits as a result of an exclusion or disqualification action; (c) Individuals declared ineligible to participate in Federal health care programs or to receive Federal assistance and/or benefits as a result of an exclusion action; (d) Individuals who are barred from entering the United States; (e) Individuals in bankruptcy proceedings or individuals who have declared bankruptcy; (f) Individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated and/or imprisoned; (g) Individuals who are in default or delinquent status on loans, judgment debt, or rural development and farm services programs provided through Federal agencies responsible for administering Federally-funded programs; (h) Individuals who owe non-tax debts to the United States; (i) Individuals who owe debts to states, where the state has submitted the debt to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service for offset; and (j) Individuals conducting, or attempting to conduct, transactions at or through a financial institution where the financial institution has identified, knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect that: (1) The transaction involves funds originating from illegal activities; (2) the purpose of the transaction is to hide or disguise funds or assets, or attempt to hide or disguise funds or assets, originating from illegal activities as part of a plan to violate or evade any law or regulation or to avoid any transaction reporting requirement under Federal law; or (3) the transaction is illegal in nature or is not the type of transaction in which the particular individual would normally be expected to engage, and the financial institution knows of no reasonable explanation for the transaction after examining the available facts, including the background and possible purpose of the transaction.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. A. All persons who are authorized to access DHS Information Technology resources, including employees, contractors, grantees, private enterprises and any lawfully designated representative of the above and including representatives of Federal, State, territorial, tribal, local, international, or foreign government agencies or entities, in furtherance of the DHS mission;
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Air Force Reserve Office Training Corps (AFROTC) cadets applying for, or enrolled or previously enrolled within the past three years, in the professional with: ‘‘Field training administration records consist of student performance officers course or the general military course, if the latter participation was in DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Department of the Air Force Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records AGENCY: Department of the Air Force, DoD. ACTION: Notice to Amend Systems of Records. reports.’’
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Categories of individuals covered by this system include: (1) All persons subject to a litigation hold due to a ‘‘reasonable anticipation of litigation’’ as determined by HUD/HUD’s Office of General Counsel; (2) All persons deemed a participant of past or present litigation, investigations, or arbitration where the Department of HUD is involved; (3) Specified parties in litigation and cases in Department of HUD—Office of General Counsel. Individuals covered by the system include individuals who either file administrative complaints with HUD or are the subject administrative complaints initiated by HUD, individuals who are named parties in cases in which HUD believes it will or may become involved, matters within the jurisdiction of the Department either as plaintiffs or as defendants in both civil and criminal matters, witnesses, and to the extent not covered by any other system, tort and property claimants who have filed claims against the Government and individuals who are subject of an action requiring approval or action by a HUD official, such as appeals, actions, training, awards, promotions, selections, grievances and delegations, including the OGC attorneys to whom cases are assigned, and attorneys and authorized representatives for whom HUD has received complaints regarding their practices before HUD.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Covered individuals include persons who file complaints alleging discrimination or violation of their rights under the statutes identified below (Authority for Maintenance) and covered entities (e.g., service providers) that are individuals and not organization or institutions, investigated by OCR as a result of complaints filed or through reviews conducted by OCR. Covered individuals also include persons who submit correspondence to OCR related to other compliance activities, (e.g., outreach and public education) and other correspondence unrelated to a complaint or review and requiring response by OCR. In addition, OCR employees who use the system to record the status of their work are covered.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Current and former confidential informants; subjects of confidential informants’ reports.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Current and former employees of GSA and of commissions, committees, and small agencies serviced by GSA, including persons in intern, youth employment, and work-study programs.
CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY THE SYSTEM. Current and former employees of the Department, and in limited instances their family members, who have sought counseling or have been referred for counseling or treatment through the EAP. The remainder of this notice will refer to these individuals as ‘‘EAP client(s).’’
