CCO Crane Certification Premium. All Crane Operators who have attained CCO certification shall receive a seventy-five cent (75¢) per hour premium provided they have been certified for the appropriate type of crane they are operating. Tower Crane Operators will receive a seventy-five cent (75¢) premium if the Operator has a CCO certification for any mobile crane operation. When a test is formulated for tower cranes, the Operator must certify for tower cranes within one year in order to receive the seventy-five cent (75¢) premium. Note: Air Compressors under 600 CFM do not require an Operating Engineer. Note: One Conveyor used for materials for walls and roof for a one-story building shall require no operator. Note: *When the employing contractor employs six (6) or more Operators on any one (1) shift, excluding Mechanical Space Heater Operator and Oilers, a Working Xxxxxxx must be employed.   • Average Contribution Amount For purposes of this Agreement, to ensure that all employees enrolled in health insurance through the City’s HSS are making premium contributions under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model, and therefore have a stake in controlling the long term growth in health insurance costs, it is agreed that, to the extent the City's health insurance premium contribution under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model is less than the “average contribution,” as established under Charter section A8.428(b), then, in addition to the City’s contribution, payments toward the balance of the health insurance premium under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model shall be deemed to apply to the annual “average contribution.” The parties intend that the City’s contribution toward employee health insurance premiums will not exceed the amount established under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model.

If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
