Ceremonies. The Sponsor shall notify RCO no later than two weeks before a dedication ceremony for this project. The Sponsor shall verbally acknowledge the applicable grant program’s funding contribution at all dedication ceremonies and in all advertisements and mailings thereof, and any and all of its related digital media publications. The following provisions shall be in force:
Ceremonies graduation of the unit member, spouse or child; a day of wedding ceremony; participation in religious ceremonies involving the unit member or immediate family; honeymoon.
Ceremonies. Graduation of teacher, spouse, or child, a day of wedding ceremony, participation in religious ceremonies such as baptism, confirmation, circumcision of child, honors and awards ceremonies involving the teacher or immediate family. Personal leave may not be used for a honeymoon.
Ceremonies. All media rights for FIPS-Mouche Championships are owned by FIPS-Mouche exclusively. The IO will organise 2 ceremonies: 1 opening (day1) and 1 closing (day6). On both ceremonies the last speaker shall be a FIPS-Mouche board member. He will officially “open” and “close” the championship. Only two medal ceremonies (1 individual and 1 teams) are authorized and permitted. They will held be at the closing ceremony of the championship. No other types of presentations will be allowed during the medal awarding ceremony of the Championship. Providing of a sound system and loudspeakers is a responsibility of the IO. The medals for teams and individuals, will provided by FIPS-Mouche. They shall be handed over to the International Organiser at the start of the championship. The IO ensures that national anthems of the team and individual gold medallists are available and will be played at the medal ceremony. The national flag of gold, silver and bronze medallists will be raised during the playing of the national anthem of the gold medallist. The IO will provide a podium in 3 levels for gold, silver and bronze medallists, large enough for teams as well.
Ceremonies graduation of a spouse or child, day of wedding, participation in religious ceremonies, honors and award ceremonies involving the employee or family.

Ceremonies. For the Opening and Closing ceremonies consideration shall be given to the skiers. Skiers shall not be required to stand for long periods, especially in inclement weather and speeches shall be short. Any Opening ceremony should preferably be held on the first day of skiing. At the Opening ceremony a skier of the host Federation will take the athlete's oath by raising his or her right hand and saying: "On behalf of the athletes I promise we will participate in this (championships) with respect for the Rules and our fellow competitors in order to exalt the glory of sport and the honour of our teams and in accordance with the Olympic Spirit." In the same way a judge of the host nation will say: "On behalf of the Judges and Officials, I promise we will perform our duties at this (championships) by respecting the Rules and being impartial and honest in our decisions in order to exalt the glory of sport and in accordance with the Olympic Spirit." It is recommended that all medal presentations be made at the site. Medals shall be provided by the EC and awarded in accordance with its Confederation Bye- Laws and Additional Rules of the Division. The medals' ceremonies shall be organised under the responsibility of the EC representative. If there is a dinner where medals are presented, the only medals to be presented at the dinner, unless the weather shall have dictated otherwise, shall be the Men and Women Overall, the team medals and the medals to the officials and organisers. At the opening and prize giving ceremonies athletes, coaches and team captains are requested to wear team uniforms or team tracksuits. At the final night party team uniform or if not available adequate clothing is required.

Ceremonies. 4.1 It is not possible to hold a civil ceremony at the Hotel unless it is followed by a reception (unless a specific Ceremony Only package is booked).
