Check-in Procedures. Check-in Time: Check-in ranges between 3-4pm on the arrival date stated on this Agreement. In extreme situations check-in time may need to be extended for additional cleaning and/or maintenance issues. In this event, Agent will make every effort to accommodate the Tenant until the property is ready. At no time shall the Tenant occupy the property BEFORE check-in, including driveways, garage and/or carport, outside showers, pools or hot tubs. Tenant may be charged up to an additional one (1) day rental if Property is occupied prior to check-in. Check-In Access: Please note all properties will be assigned a door code that will allow access to the property. All door codes are exclusive to each rental and will activate at check-in time and terminate at check-out time. Please Note: Tenant agrees to furnish proper photo identification during random management checks and must verify that they are the Tenant set forth herein and provide a credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) verifying the credit card on. Check-In Inspection: Please perform an inspection of the Property upon check-in. Should you find any issues that need attention such as cleaning or maintenance, contact iTrip Vacations Guest Services at 1-888- 457-1830 to report the issue. Agent will make every attempt to correct any issues as soon as possible.

Check-in Procedures. 5.1 The Licensee shall present the following original documents to the Management Office for the check-in: 5.1.1 Matriculation Card, Identification Card and/or the Licensee’s Passport for verification; 5.1.2 Student Pass, Social Visit Pass, Dependant’s Pass, etc (where applicable). If the Licensee does not present these documents, he or she will not be checked-in. If these documents are not presented by the stipulated check-in date, the Licensee will be deemed to have failed to check-in by the stipulated date and Clause 3.1 above will apply. 5.2 The Licensee shall conduct a room check and endorse on the inventory checklist form upon check-in to the Hostel. The form shall be returned to the Management Office within 24 hours of check-in or such longer time as may be allowed in writing by the Hostel. 5.3 In instances when the Licensee fails to sign or return the inventory checklist form, the Licensee will be deemed to have agreed that the Room and the Contents as listed in the form are in good working order and/or condition and to be responsible for any shortfall or damage to the Room or the Contents after the check-in. 5.4 The Licensee may check-in before or after the stipulated check-in date only with the prior written approval of the Office. In the case of an early check-in, the stipulated daily room rate will apply for the period between the early check-in date and the stipulated check-in date. In the case of a late check-in, the accommodation fees for the period from the stipulated check-in date will remain payable.

Check-in Procedures. All Tenants must check in through the Landlord to obtain key(s). Failure to check in through the Landlord shall result in the assessment of a One-Hundred-Dollar ($100.00) administrative charge. A Room Condition Report will be available online to Tenant. The Room Condition Report should be completed by Tenant and submitted to the Management Office within seven (7) days of check in. Failure to submit a Room Condition Report within seven (7) days from move-in date shall be construed to mean that Tenant acknowledges that the Apartment Unit and Premises contain all furnishings and that the furnishings and the Apartment Unit and Premises are in good condition. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to settle account obligations before check-in date. Failure to check-in properly could result in a $100 improper check-in fee per person.
Check-in Procedures. Check-in to the Apartment may occur on or after the first date of this Contract. An Apartment Condition Form will be provided to Resident at the time of check-in. Within twenty-four (24) hours of check-in, Resident may complete the form, noting any defects or damages in the Premises. Any defects or damages not noted on the form will result in fees which will be assessed in accordance with Section 15. Except for what is noted on the Condition Form, Resident accepts the Premises and the fixtures, appliances, and furniture in the Premises “as-is”. The University make no express warranties and disclaim any and all implied warranties with regard to the premises and/or the fixtures, appliances, or furniture in the Premises.
Check-in Procedures. All students MUST check-in with the managers, to receive a key, pay their rent, and sign up for a parking pass BEFORE moving into their assigned apartments. (This includes students who may have left their belongings from the previous semester.) Students must make a reservation ($10 per day) to check-in before the semester contract date begins.

Check-in Procedures. The student agrees to follow the subsequent check-in protocol upon moving into their residence hall room: A) Sign the residence hall registry and receive a room key and mailbox key. C) Submit a room condition form to the Residential Life Office prior to moving items into the room. Failure to submit this form will prohibit the resident from moving into the residence hall.
