City to Provide. PDOT Survey shall furnish the location and elevations of nearby City Benchmarks, the location and coordinates for nearby City GPS Control Points and references to Multnomah County GPS points of record. PDOT Survey will also compile a computer drawing containing the City GIS utility information in the project area.
City to Provide. A. The City Fire Department will provide access to the fire stations during the normal operating hours as indicated in these specifications. The Contractor must contact the appropriate station or designee for access at other times.
City to Provide. The City shall procure and maintain, at its own expense and cost, the insurance policies listed in section 2 of this Schedule, with limits no less than those shown in the respective items, unless in connection with the performance of some particular part of this Agreement, the Regional District advises in writing that it has determined that the exposure to liability justifies less limits. The insurance policy or policies shall be maintained continuously from commencement of the Term of the Agreement until the termination of this agreement or such longer period as may be specified by the Regional District.
