Classification and Pay Grades Clause Samples
Classification and Pay Grades. The classifications and pay grades for classifications included in this bargaining unit for 2013, 2014, and 2015 are set forth in Exhibit A attached and shall be as follows:
2013 1. 75% percent higher than the pay grades established in 2012.
2014 2. 50% percent higher than the pay grades established in 2013 2015 3 % percent higher than the pay grades established in 2014 Pay grades for 2010 and each year thereafter shall be effective as of the first day of the first complete pay period beginning in the new calendar year, except as otherwise specified in this agreement.

The classifications covered by this Agreement and their corresponding Pay Grades shall be as follows: CLASSIFICATIONS PAY GRADES Senior Animal Control/Ordinance Enforcement Officer NE - 11 Crime Prevention Coordinator NE - 11 Domestic Violence Coordinator NE - 10 Animal Control/Ordinance Enforcement Officer NE - 10 Property Officer NE – 9 Senior Police Services Assistant NE – 8 Police Services Assistant NE – 7 Administrative Assistant NE - 6 Parking Enforcement Officer NE - 6 Any regular part-time Employee for the above positions Pro-rated
A.2.1 The rates of pay set forth within Section A.1 (2, 3, & 4) provide for the maximum time an Employee shall be employed in any one particular pay STEP. The Employer shall have the Right to place an Employee in any pay STEP set forth within Section A.1, in which event, advancement of said Employee to each of the next higher pay STEPS shall be automatic upon completion of six (6) months in pay STEP I and/or twelve (12) months in each higher pay STEP.
