Classification and Pay Grades. The classifications and pay grades for classifications included in this bargaining unit for 2013, 2014, and 2015 are set forth in Exhibit A attached and shall be as follows:

Classification and Pay Grades. The classifications and pay grades for classifications included in this bargaining unit for 2015 are set forth in Exhibit A attached: 2015 2.25% percent higher than the pay grades established in 2014 Pay grades for 2015 and each year thereafter shall be effective as of the first day of the first complete pay period beginning in the new calendar year, except as otherwise specified in this agreement.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES 21.01 The Job Classifications and applicable Wage Rates under this agreement are set forth at Appendix “A” (attached).

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement. (Appendix "B").

  • Classification and Reclassification Classification and reclassification are the assignment or reassignment, respectively, of a position or group of positions to an occupational classification which is appropriate for compensation and employment purposes.

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. If the parties cannot reach agreement, at the request of either party, the matter shall be submitted to the arbitration procedure in Article 26 of this Agreement.

  • New Classification Should a new position or new classification be created within the Bargaining Unit during the term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union will decide the rate of pay. Nothing herein prevents the Employer from filling such positions and having Nurses working in such positions during such negotiations. The salary when determined will be retroactive to the date on which the successful candidate commenced work in that classification.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes over 499 tons capacity shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) per hour above the applicable rate.   • Classification and Wage Rates For the avoidance of any doubt, there will be no industrial action (protected or otherwise) taken by the employees who are bound by this Agreement in relation to the quantum of the wages, allowances and payments arising from the provisions of Clause 7
