Classroom Visitors. Teachers will receive reasonable advance notice of visits by persons who are not employees of the District.
7.4.1 Visits by parents or guardians of students shall be arranged by mutual agreement between the unit member affected and the persons scheduling the visit.
7.4.2 Classroom visitations or observations by representatives of outside agencies, educational or community, will be scheduled in cooperation with the unit member.
Classroom Visitors. 13.1 All visitors in the teacher's classroom must have prior approval of the Principal. The Principal will consult with the teacher prior to allowing visitors to the classroom.
13.2 All visitors must check in at the office first.
Classroom Visitors. All visitors to a school and/or a classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal and, if the visit is to a classroom, the visit will be arranged only after the principal has conferred with the employee.
Classroom Visitors. Classroom visitors are welcome at most times. If visits from non-employees become disruptive or interfere with instruction, the Professional Employee or Building Administrator shall have the right to deny access to the classroom. If visitors are denied access, they have the right to ask for future admittance from the BOE or the Superintendent.
Classroom Visitors. All requests for classroom visitation must be cleared through the local unit administrator. The teacher whose classroom is to be visited shall, if practicable, receive prior notice of such a visit.

Classroom Visitors. The District encourages patrons to become familiar with the educational program and, to that end, parents and others are welcome as visitors to the schools and classrooms of the District. In the interest of assuring that classroom visits be most productive, the following guidelines will be followed:
1. Except in those situations in which the teacher has made prior arrangements for classroom visits, arrangements for such visits will be made after the principal has conferred with the teacher.
2. If, in the principal's opinion, the requested visit would be disruptive, alternate arrangements will be made.
3. Visits to a classroom during the school day shall not be times for parent-teacher conferences.
4. The maximum number of visitors to a classroom at any one time shall be determined by the principal after consultation with the teacher.
5. Opportunity shall be provided for the teacher to confer with the observer before or after the visit.

3. Upon request of the employee, time shall be arranged after any visit to his/her class for a brief conference with any non-administrative visitor.
4. There will be no more than two (2) “learning walk” visits per week in any classroom. These visits must be pre-scheduled one (1) week in advance unless mutually agreed upon.
