Classroom Visitors Clause Samples

Classroom Visitors. All visitors to a school and/or a classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal and, if the visit is to a classroom, the visit will be arranged only after the principal has conferred with the employee.

Classroom Visitors. 13.1 All visitors in the teacher's classroom must have prior approval of the Principal. The Principal will consult with the teacher prior to allowing visitors to the classroom. 13.2 All visitors must check in at the office first.

Classroom Visitors. Classroom visitors are welcome at most times. If visits from non-employees become disruptive or interfere with instruction, the Professional Employee or Building Administrator shall have the right to deny access to the classroom. If visitors are denied access, they have the right to ask for future admittance from the BOE or the Superintendent.

Classroom Visitors. The District encourages patrons to become familiar with the educational program and, to that end, parents and others are welcome as visitors to the schools and classrooms of the District. In the interest of assuring that classroom visits be most productive, the following guidelines will be followed: 1. Except in those situations in which the teacher has made prior arrangements for classroom visits, arrangements for such visits will be made after the principal has conferred with the teacher. 2. If, in the principal's opinion, the requested visit would be disruptive, alternate arrangements will be made. 3. Visits to a classroom during the school day shall not be times for parent-teacher conferences. 4. The maximum number of visitors to a classroom at any one time shall be determined by the principal after consultation with the teacher. 5. Opportunity shall be provided for the teacher to confer with the observer before or after the visit.

Classroom Visitors. Classroom visitations by persons other than supervisory personnel of the District must be arranged through the administrator of the school with prior consultation with the teacher.

Classroom Visitors. All requests for classroom visitation must be cleared through the local unit administrator. The teacher whose classroom is to be visited shall, if practicable, receive prior notice of such a visit.

Classroom Visitors. When parent(s) and/or guardian(s) request to visit a classroom, the teacher will be provided reasonable notice and may request a meeting with the principal to prepare for the visit. All volunteers to the classroom must be approved by the classroom teacher prior to the day of their visit in order to allow the teacher to prepare for the visit.

Classroom Visitors. The District prefers to limit the number of disruptions to class time. With that in mind, visitors to a classroom must be pre approved by the classroom teacher. Classroom Visitors. 1. All visitors to a school and/or classroom (except District administrators) shall clear through the school office with prior notification to the teacher and receive a visitor’s pass before proceeding to a classroom. 2. The Principal/designee shall make initial contact with the teacher for the purpose of maintenance of quality instruction time and to facilitate another time so as not to disrupt the educational process, if deemed necessary by the principal. 3.
