Collaborative Committees. As soon as practical after the Effective Date, but no later than thirty (30) days thereafter, the Parties shall establish a joint steering committee (the “Joint Steering Committee” or “JSC”), which shall (a) oversee the EAP plan for the Product in the Territory, (b) resolve Disputes that may arise in any subcommittees formed by the JSC, (c) coordinate the Parties’ activities under this Agreement, including oversight of any subcommittees formed by the JSC, and (d) perform such other functions as are set forth herein or as the Parties may mutually agree in writing, except where in conflict with any provision of this Agreement. The details of the composition, operating procedures and responsibilities of the Collaborative Committees are described in Exhibit 2.

Collaborative Committees. 3.1. Each undertaking (company) covered by this agreement shall have a collaborative committee consisting of two representatives from the employer and two representatives from the employees.

These committees will work to continue the teamwork, cooperation, and trust developed since the inception of the IBB process and the district Partnership Council. Should the Superintendent elect to have a Principal Advisory Committee, DSLA shall have the opportunity to designate at least fifty percent (50%) of the Principals that participate in the Principal Advisory Committee. 18 - 2 Collaboration with District Leadership and Central Departments 18 - 2 - 1 When the District includes Principal or Assistant Principal participation in any task force, committee or work group, DSLA shall have the opportunity to identify at least fifty percent (50%) of the Principals or Assistant Principals that participate.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
