Communication channels, tools and format. The Community database will list ICT green suppliers that might be interested to join the community and promote their offers on the marketplace. These new contacts will be gathered through website registrations, events, online research, through partner’s networks, synergies and strategic events. ICT Suppliers will access the marketplace through XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx website, highlighting this opportunity on the homepage. The success stories available on the website will showcase how stakeholders benefit from “green” ICT services provided by suppliers which tackle these issues.

In addition to this benchmark opportunity, the marketplace provides the opportunity to promote their green opportunities/policies and reach SME from their territory. The benefits of joining XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx will be promoted as well on social media networks using relevant handles and hashtags. The newsletter will be another tool to launch news about the main developments from the project and promote benefits from other users and stakeholders which already counted with XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx. Communication and audio-visuals materials (videos with interviews and insights, webinars, fliers, pop-up banners, posters) showcasing the benefits for Public administration to join XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx will be produced when relevant. The content from press releases will take into account public administration audience, where news from their interest will be included and released to relevant channels and media. In order to have a closer contact with these stakeholders, XXXXXXXXXXX.xx will be at events where public administration will be highly represented. Through XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx cafés, the project aims to introduce the benefits to public administration to joins the community. (see table 12) All identified public administration which shown interest to join the project or might have interest to addresses energy savings and low carbon footprint in their territory, are being collect to XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx community database. The success stories section can have as well examples of benefits from applying methodologies and standards created by SDOs.   • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.
