COMMUNITY ALLOWANCE Clause Samples
The Community Allowance clause establishes a specific allocation or limit of resources, rights, or benefits designated for a defined community within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the amount or percentage of a product, service, or financial benefit that is reserved exclusively for members of a particular group, such as local residents, employees, or stakeholders. By clearly setting aside these allowances, the clause ensures equitable access or participation for the intended community, addressing concerns of fairness and inclusion within the broader contractual arrangement.
