Community Centers. Through the procurement conducted in 2017, this provider is eligible to provide services through on behalf of the City to provide nutritious meals to seniors Citywide. City staff have been coordinating the details of the resulting agreements and services since June. However, there have been several changes including the cost of meals, which affect the overall agreement amount. Due to fluctuation in administrative staffing, the changes were not communicated in a timely manner. As a result, the agreement is now in the final stages of department review, signature, and execution.

Community Centers. The Provider will register with the LEA as a vendor prior to submitting the contract. The Provider will make the initial contact with the parent/ guardian within 10 school days of the on-line enrollment, or contract will be terminated. The Provider shall complete the SLP within 20 school days after receipt of student assessment data, or contract will be terminated. The Provider shall begin tutorial services no more than 10 days after the completion of the SLP or contract will be terminated, and parent/ guardian shall be given the opportunity to choose another Provider if tutoring services do not begin within 10 days of SLP completion. Students’ assessments shall correlate to Sunshine State Standards (SSS). The Provider will not receive compensation for conducting assessments. The School Board will share pertinent assessment information as requested by the Provider pending parental consent to release information. Request shall be made at least one week in advance. The Provider shall adhere to the communication procedures set forth by each school so as to minimize disruption to the regular school day schedule. If the Provider desires to use the District’s facilities must make a separate application for use of facilities through that school’s Principal. The facility usage agreement is a contract within individual schools and the Provider, and is determined by “space available” for The Provider at each school. If space is limited, the Provider who has made application and signed a contract to rent space at that facility first will be considered first. The agreement between the school’s principal and The Provider may be null and void if the availability of space becomes an issue, or if The Provider fails to comply with the facility usage agreement. The Provider shall pay the applicable hourly rate for such use as determined by the District’s current facility use charge requirement. If a Provider is unable to rent space at a school, other facilities outside of the School Board’s facilities that are suitable for delivering instruction to students may be rented by the Provider. The Provider shall provide a written release of liability indicating that the School Board site is not responsible for loss or damage of Provider owned equipment, materials and supplies on school grounds. Community Centers. Community Centers shall include opportunities for office, commercial retail and services and civic uses at a scale that is, for the most, more land intensive than uses in the Neighborhood Center. Residential uses such as multifamily housing, nursing homes and senior housing are also anticipated with conditions to be reviewed under administrative or conditional use permits. Some resource and limited industrial uses shall be allowed with restrictions on size. The Community Centers shall provide services to a customer base from within and outside Tehaleh. A more detailed description of uses allowed in Community Centers is included in Exhibit I.
Community Centers. Developer will deliver one community center within Development Stage One and another within Development Stage Two. Each community center will be approximately 2-4 acres and will offer improvements and programming designed to complement other future community centers planned for areas outside of Development Phase One. Improvements and programming at the community centers are described in the EDC Property Improvements Program (Exhibit H).

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Community Service You may be requested to perform some form of community service within the residence facility.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include: (1) convening and participating in the Community Task Force and other advisory groups; (2) ensuring that regular meetings of the Community Task Force are held to apprise participants of the status of the development process and to solicit comments, opinions, advice, and recommendations on the planning and implementation of the Grantee's revitalization efforts; and (3) if requested by HUD, entering into a memorandum of understanding with the members of the Community Task Force setting forth the manner and frequency of task force meetings, the method (if any) for designating resident and community participants, and the issues that the task force will discuss and develop.

  • Community Relations Chancellor shall establish and maintain an appropriate community relations program. Chancellor shall attend important college and community events, develop relationships with other key public and private agencies in each of the District's relevant communities where colleges are located and be significantly involved in the District's relevant local communities.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.
