Management Support. The Special Emphasis Programs are an essential part of the total EEO program and merit the full cooperation of employees, supervisors, local union(s), and managers. Appropriate publicity and recognition should be given to the programs and training provided to SEPMs, as needed, and to supervisors and managers at all levels regarding the program’s activities and goals as they relate to the mission of the agency. Similar information should be presented during the orientation of new employees. All SEPMs need management support in terms of facilities, time, and cooperation.

Seller shall provide reasonable management support to assist in the resolution of issues that may arise from time to time with respect to product questions, registrations, ingredients, disputes with governmental agencies, import or export agencies and any other entities as may be requested from time to time by NSA.
Management Support eRT will provide management support to Premier, including reasonable access to key management personnel of eRT for consultation and advice regarding strategic business planning, corporate development, acquisitions and technology. eRT will also provide assistance to develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources and employee training.
Management Support. 9.1 Management Support appointees shall provide advice and support to the Chair, the Secretariat and/or the Working Groups, as required and as appropriate, in relation to:
(a) the application and implementation of the Principles;
(b) the Association's strategy, this Agreement, the Governance Rules (including compliance matters) or any related policy or procedures of the Association;
(c) financial and contractual matters;
(d) preparing the agenda for and facilitating meetings and discussions of the Association (including, but not limited to, meetings of the Steering Committee and the Annual Meeting);
(e) internal and external communications (including engagement with external parties);
(f) any matter deemed sensitive or confidential in nature; and
(g) assuming responsibilities delegated by the Chair or the Steering Committee and reporting on their progress or resolve on an ongoing or periodic basis.
