Company Supplied Equipment. From time to time, Contractor or its Carriers may perform the Services with Company’s trailing equipment. Contractor and its Carriers shall be liable for any loss or damage to such equipment, normal wear and tear excluded. Company’s equipment shall not be used to provide services to any other person or entity.

Company Supplied Equipment. (a) Delivery and Term. On or prior to the Service Activation Date, if required, Company shall deliver to Customer, at the designated Customer Location, any contractually obligated Company Supplied Equipment. Customer shall have the right to use the Company Supplied Equipment for the Initial Term set forth in the Order Form and any additional period agreed to by Company as defined in this Agreement. Customer shall not remove or alter in any manner any Company Supplied Equipment without the prior written consent of Company. Customer will not remove, alter or destroy any labels on the Company Supplied Equipment stating that it is the property of Company and shall allow reasonable access to Company Supplied Equipment for Company employees and/or designated authorized agents. The Customer must provide prior written notice and the written approval from Company before moving any Company Supplied Equipment from the address listed on the applicable Order Form and Hand Receipt that accompanies the Company Supplied Equipment.
Company Supplied Equipment. Company-supplied Fiber Multiplex Equipment, channel bank, and DSX equipment for provisioning WAN, T-1, and subrate circuit interconnects, as required for SCADA, Relay protection, and Plant ring downs shall be installed at the Company’s direction. Fiber and CAT 6 cable distribution racks shall be provided and installed adjacent to Company supplied equipment provided in two 19” Telco Rack . Company supplied racks shall be installed at the Company’s direction.
Company Supplied Equipment. During the term of this Agreement, Company will supply Employee with a Company owned laptop/computer and cell phone for Employee’s use on Company business.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities.   • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item.   • Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.

  • Inventory To the extent Inventory held for sale or lease has been produced by any Borrower, it has been and will be produced by such Borrower in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and all rules, regulations and orders thereunder.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). The Fixtures and Equipment are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are not in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs and are sufficient for the conduct of the Company’s and/or its Subsidiaries’ businesses (as applicable) in the manner as conducted prior to the Closing. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.
