COMPENSATION FOR WORK BEFORE OR AFTER SCHEDULED DAILY HOURS. Overtime work as defined above before or after the regular daily hours shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the first four (4) hours and double time after four (4) hours in any one day shift.
