Completion of Assignment. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in Clause 4.1 above and to acceptance of that offer by the Seller, Funding shall pay to the Seller an amount equal to the increase in the Funding Share of the Trust Property and the Funding Share of the Trust Property shall increase by a corresponding amount, and the Seller Share shall decrease by the same amount.
Completion of Assignment. If an employee begins a work assignment, the employee must complete that assignment except in the following instances:
(i) If an employee works past midnight on a ship, the employee need not report for an 8:00
A. M. order the next day, unless the employee vol- unteered for the past-midnight work assignment or failed to advise the Employer with which the employee has a list or gang position that the employee is working past midnight and should be taken out of the system. An employee who works past midnight on a ship must resume work on the same ship at 8:00 A.M. after a break, unless the employee notified the Employer in a timely fash- ion of the employee’s intent not to work, so that a replacement could be found in time.
(ii) An employee who starts a ship at 7:00 A.M. or 8:00 A.M. can ask for a replacement at 5:00
Completion of Assignment. Immediately upon expiry of the Term or termination of this Agreement in accordance with Article 6, the Participant shall return to the Home Position or one of a comparable level with the Seconding Organization, which determination shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Seconding Organization. No offer of employment shall be made to the Participant by the Receiving Organization during the Term without the written consent of the Seconding Organization.

If an offer is made by Funding 1 in accordance with CLAUSE 4.1 above and that offer is accepted by the Seller, Funding 1 shall, subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in CLAUSE 4.1 above, pay to the Seller an amount equal to the increase in the Funding 1 share of the Trust Property, the Funding 1 Share of the Trust Property shall increase by a corresponding amount and the Seller Share of the Trust Property shall decrease by the same amount.

Completion of Assignment. 18.1 If, for any reason whatsoever, you are unable to complete an assignment, you must notify us as soon as possible, with a minimum of 5 working days notice in writing where assignments are over 5 days in duration and 2 days notice for assignments less than 5 days in duration.
18.2 If you give us less than the required notice, we are entitled to deduct up to 5 days pay from any wages and holiday pay owing to you in lieu of the required notice period.
18.3 Due to the nature of temporary employment, any assignment may be varied, shortened or terminated by us without notice and without reasons being given to you. However, we will attempt to provide appropriate notice where possible.
Completion of Assignment. Upon completion of the assignment, the employment will terminate and the person will be returned to the daily substitute list for call, as needed, on a day-to-day basis. It is necessary for the substitute to verify to the District his/her desire to be on this substitute listing. Failure to so verify the day-to-day service availability will be considered as a willful termination of substitute service.
Completion of Assignment. 6.1 The completion of the Term of this Agreement shall occur on December 31st, 2021, which aligns with the conclusion of term of the Employee’s Employment Extension Contract with the Original Employer.
