Compliance with Laws and Non-Discrimination. Contractor agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. In accordance with §49-3-207 MCA, all hiring must be on the basis of merit and qualifications; and there may not be discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, or national origin by the persons performing the contract.
Compliance with Laws and Non-Discrimination. Medical Services Entity shall comply with all applicable State and federal statutes, rules and regulations, and executive orders, including the prohibition against discrimination.
Compliance with Laws and Non-Discrimination. In the performance of services hereunder, Contractor shall comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws or regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor shall comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1975 and Federal Executive Order No. 11246, State Executive Order No. 99-4 and A.R.S. §41-1461 et. seq., which mandates that all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or political affiliation, shall have access to employment opportunities. The Contractor shall comply with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which prohibits discrimination in the employment or advancement in employment of qualified persons because of physical or mental handicap. The Contractor shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, which prohibits the denial of benefits or participation in contract services on the basis of race, color, or national origin. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of handicap in delivering contract services.

All provisions of this Agreement shall be subordinate to the rights of the United States of America to operate the National Aviation System or any part thereof during time of war or national emergency. Such rights supersede any provisions of this Agreement inconsistent with the operations of the National Aviation System of the United States; provided, however, Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Agreement if its use is not allowed or is substantially impaired.

BLD Clay County shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and not discriminate against any person on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, national origin or ancestry in its performance under the terms of this MOA.
