Comprehensive support. As mentioned throughout this proposal, QED National will provide the dedicated services of Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx as the DMS Account Manager and central point of contact. As the primary interface with the client, Xx. Xxxxx is responsible for ensuring QED properly fulfills DMS needs and requirements. In addition to other QED staff requested by DMS, Xx. Xxxxx will be available to attend scheduled meetings with the specified representatives of DMS to guarantee all services provided by QED National are performed according to client needs and expectations. Xx. Xxxxx will coordinate the QED National staff assigned to DMS projects, xxxxxx successful client engagements, resolve any issues with consultants assigned to Eligible Users, monitor project progress, and ensure that consultants adhere to Eligible Users’ schedules, standards and quality of work. If the need for escalation arises, Xx. Xxxxx will resolve any outstanding issue with the necessary parties. Furthermore, QED National will respond to Eligible Users within the same business day and all urgent matters will be immediately escalated to the next level.   • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.
