COMPUTER CENTER. Independent Contractor agrees not to break, bypass or circumvent. Or attempt to break, bypass or circumvent, any security system of Pershing or obtain, or attempt to obtain, access to any program or data other than that which Independent Contractor owns, is developing or testing pursuant hereto or to which it has expressly been granted access by Pershing in writing. In the event that Independent Contractor obtains access to any such program or data, it shall promptly notify Pershing of such access and shall cooperate as requested by Pershing in any investigation thereof or prosecution resulting therefrom. Independent Contractor shall not, in any manner whatsoever, use such program or data, or disclose such program or data to any third party. Independent Contractor agrees to establish appropriate procedures to limit access to Pershing facilities by Assigned Persons to those having a need for such access in connection with the Services and in accordance with the limitations set forth herein and for the protection of Pershing Confidential Information (as defined in Section 8 herein). Independent Contractor agrees to cause Assigned Person(s) to comply with these procedures.

COMPUTER CENTER. The computer center is for the use of Residents and their accompanied guests only. ● Residents are not permitted to remove any items from the computer center such as equipment, software, accessories, furniture, etc. ● No food or drinks allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Residents are not to place drinks or food close to equipment. No glass containers are permitted. ● Residents are responsible for cleaning up any area where they have left a mess. ● Residents are responsible for supplying their own paper. ● Residents are not authorized to adjust or alter any of the software or programs set up in the computer systems. ● Residents are not authorized to make any repairs on computers, printers, copiers or fax equipment. Problems must be reported to Landlord. ● Landlord reserves the right to change hours of operation when it solely deems appropriate.
COMPUTER CENTER. The Computer Center is responsible for providing data processing services for Technical Servicesair monitoring and laboratory operations. These services include management of one HP 3000 business computer, three HP 1000 scientific computers, fifteen microcomputers, and several telephone and telecommunications systems. Computer Center personnel are responsible for hardware systems design and construction, program development and implementation, systems maintenance, database management and reporting, and user support through information distribution and training. The majority of the activities of the Computer Center are devoted to supporting the air quality monitoring and data reporting systems required by federal regulations. The Computer Center is also involved in the design and implementation of two major laboratory instrument automation systems. Several bench top gas chromatographs, a liquid chromatograph, an ion chromatograph, the atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the radiation analysis system are being interfaced with one of the scientific computer systems in order to increase productivity and to ease data analysis and reporting workloads. The Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrophotometer (GC/MS) and GC/Mass Selective Detector in the Toxic Air Contaminant Laboratory are being upgraded and combined into a single computer-controlled analytical system based in a new scientific computer system. The Computer Center also provides personal computer (PC) workstations for AMS Laboratory staff for use in word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base applications. These PC systems are used for report writing, fiscal work, and general administrative functions performed at the AMS Laboratory.
COMPUTER CENTER. The Computer Center is a facility offering computer services without charge to Association members for use in connection with research and computer-related classwork. Recipients of grant funds for research involving computer usage are charged. Others may use the Computer Center’s facilities by special arrangement. If Association members do not wish to do their own programming, they may obtain programming services through the Manager of User Services or from other sources; the Association member or department will be charged for this service.

  • Computer Systems (a) The Computer Systems adequately meet the data processing and other computing needs of the Business as presently conducted. The Computer Systems function, operate, process and compute in accordance with all Applicable Laws, industry standards and trade practices. The Computer Systems operate and perform in all material respects in accordance with their documentation and functional specifications. The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Computer Records World Omni and the Depositor will cause their accounting and computer records to be marked to indicate the sale and assignment of the Receivables from World Omni to the Depositor and from the Depositor to the Trust.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Interactive Data The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included as an exhibit to the Registration Statement or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
