Conduct High School Transcript Study. The contractor shall design a transcript study, collect and analyze results, and prepare data files and reports. • The contractor shall develop a design plan for the HSTS to yield nationally representative transcript results that are associated with the 2019 NAEP grade 12 mathematics and science assessments as outlined in the general NAEP Sampling and Data Collection section. • The contractor shall implement procedures that are consistent in quality with those used for prior NAEP transcript studies. • The contractor shall secure participation of schools for the HSTS at the same time participation for the grade 12 national NAEP assessment is secured. • In recruiting schools, the contractor shall coordinate with the NAEP Support and Service Center and other NAEP Alliance members as designated by NCES. • The contractor shall develop appropriate field publications and materials for use when contacting states, districts, and schools about the study. • The contractor shall ensure that, in accordance with the data collection schedule, sufficient field staff is available to collect the data and sufficient coding staff is available to code the catalog and transcript data. • The contractor shall develop and provide standardized training for all staff associated with the data collection and data coding efforts. • The contractor shall ensure that all personnel undergo a personnel security screening in accordance with Departmental Directive OM: 5-101. • In preparation for the data collection activities, the contractor shall conduct a pre-assessment visit (PAV) to briefly describe the study activities and timeline, gather necessary school information, and schedule school visits to collect data. • The contractor shall collect transcripts and classroom instructional materials for all 12th grade students sampled for the mathematics and science assessments. • The contractor shall develop a transcript data collection plan for schools that are sampled for the 2019 NAEP 12th grade national assessment. • The plan shall present options for collecting dual-credit enrollment and on-line courses and improve the quality of data to reflect the changes in high school course offerings.   • Clinical Trials The studies, tests and preclinical and clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company, or in which the Company has participated, that are described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, or the results of which are referred to in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, were and, if still pending, are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with protocols, procedures and controls pursuant to, where applicable, accepted professional and scientific standards for products or product candidates comparable to those being developed by the Company and all applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the FDA, the EMEA, Health Canada and other comparable drug and medical device (including diagnostic product) regulatory agencies outside of the United States to which they are subject; the descriptions of the results of such studies, tests and trials contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus do not contain any misstatement of a material fact or omit a material fact necessary to make such statements not misleading; the Company has no knowledge of any studies, tests or trials not described in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus the results of which reasonably call into question in any material respect the results of the studies, tests and trials described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or Prospectus; and the Company has not received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA, EMEA, Health Canada or any other foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority or any Institutional Review Board or comparable authority requiring or threatening the termination, suspension or material modification of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company or in which the Company has participated, and, to the Company’s knowledge, there are no reasonable grounds for the same. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there has not been any violation of law or regulation by the Company in its respective product development efforts, submissions or reports to any regulatory authority that could reasonably be expected to require investigation, corrective action or enforcement action.

  • Research Design The data generated by excavations at the prehistoric site(s) will be used to examine at least three topics: (1) chronology; (2) technology; and (3) subsistence practices. Insights into changing patterns of community organization may also be granted, as may insights into changes in social organization. The data recovered will then be compared to data from other regional sites.

  • Professional Study Permanent unit members may apply for professional study leave by outlining in writing the plan that is to be followed and the institution to be attended.   • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Regulatory Filing In the event that this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in Attachment P or from the standard terms and conditions in this Appendix 2, the Transmission Provider shall file the executed Interconnection Construction Service Agreement on behalf of itself and the Interconnected Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff. Interconnection Customer may request that any information so provided be subject to the confidentiality provisions of Section 17 of this Appendix
