Consultant’s Costs. 6.MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE Payment for services shall be made monthly based on actual services performed by the CM as approved by the OWNER. Payments shall be requisitioned on the OWNER's form, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT PAYMENT REQUISITION, with a completed M/WBE Compliance Report, individual timesheets or a summary report thereof as may be required by the OWNER, and other appropriate supporting documentation. Timesheets and/or payroll registers shall show the names, actual rates of pay, position classifications and hours worked for all personnel performing services during the payment period. Consultant’s Costs. The Company (in addition to the Consulting Fee) shall be responsible for all reasonable travelling and accommodation costs and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Consultant, with the prior written approval of the Company, in carrying out the Specified Services. It is a condition precedent to the entitlement of the Consultant to the reimbursement of each such cost that the Consultant produce to the Company vouchers receipts or other appropriate evidence of the incurring of the cost or expense. Reimbursement is to be made to the Consultant by the Company not later than 7 days after production by the Consultant of the said vouchers, receipts or other appropriate evidence of the cost incurred.
Consultant’s Costs. 6.2 The Company shall be responsible for costs incurred by the Consultant as specified in the Schedule for carrying out the Specified Services. All such costs must be specifically approved by the Company Representative prior to being incurred. The Company reserves the right to reject claims for costs incurred without prior approval of the Company Representative.

Consultant’s Costs if required, shall be approved by the OWNER. Monthly bills for said consultant’s costs shall be submitted to the OWNER together with sufficient supporting documentation in form and content satisfactory to the OWNER. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall not be reimbursed any markup on consultant’s costs.
