Consultative Team. The parties agree that a representative Consultative Team will be formed. The team should comprise of representatives from: * Workshop * Field Service Representatives should not necessarily be all Leading Hands, but preferably shop floor employees. Company representatives should include: * Service Manager * State Manager This is an open forum where, for example, the following areas can be discussed and reviewed: • Safety • Environmental Issues • Workshop cleanliness • Key aspects of this Agreement to ensure that all parties are meeting their commitments. • Specifically discuss problem areas where an immediate ongoing improvement is required to ensure that this Agreement's second year pay increase can be met. • Service results: Sales, gross profit, expenses, KPIs. • Service statistics: Redo, sick leave, employee numbers, consumable recovery, vehicle recovery, environmental recovery. • Training: update and discuss future needs, problems, etc. • OH&S Review, Hazard Reports and J.S.A.'s. • Productivity and efficiency issues where the parties can work together to improve and develop the business. • Measures that can be undertaken to reduce cost and/or increase recoveries. • Other matters that pertain to the employment relationship. Meetings should occur once per quarter. It is the responsibility of both workshop employees and management to ensure that these meetings are called and held. Minutes should be taken from the meetings and copies circulated. A copy of the meeting minutes should be posted on the service employees' notice board within 10 days of the meeting.

Consultative Team. The parties governed by this agreement shall establish a consultative mechanism with equal representation of employer and employees with procedures appropriate to its size, structure and needs for consultation and negotiation on matters affecting the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise. The team shall be a forum for open discussion and shall meet at least quarterly with additional meetings on an as required basis.
Consultative Team. A Consultative Team will be established via a democratic election of people representative of the whole site, taking into account shifts, unions and management.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
