CONTINUING CONSULTATION. A. The parties agree to establish a Committee consisting of one representative for each College/University, three Council representatives and one representative from the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations, which shall upon request of either party meet in the third week of April, October and January. The goal of the Committee is to ensure that the provisions of the Collective Negotiations Agreement are complied with throughout the nine State Colleges/Universities. The Council shall submit an agenda to the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations at least two weeks prior to the meeting consistent with the goal of the Committee as set forth above. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure or to be considered contract negotiating meetings but are intended as a means of fostering good employer-employee relations. B. The Local UNION on each campus and the President as chief executive officer of the College/University and as representative of the Board of Trustees, or his or her designee(s), shall upon the request of either party establish meetings during the first week of April, October, and January, for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this Agreement and to discuss problems which may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure or to be considered contract negotiating meetings but are intended as a means of fostering good employer-employee relations. C. The requests of either party for such meetings shall include an agenda of topics to be discussed and shall be submitted at least two weeks prior to the meeting date. Sufficient meeting time(s) shall be established to complete the agenda. D. Additional meetings, as described above, shall be held at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time.

The requests of either party for such a meeting shall include an agenda. There shall be a mutual exchange of agenda for all meetings seven (7) days prior to the meeting date. Sufficient meeting time(s) shall be established to complete the agenda from both management and labor. Facilities Management shall be invited to attend meeting(s) if appropriate. C. Additional meetings, as described above, shall be held at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time.
CONTINUING CONSULTATION. 31 The Trustees and the Faculty Federation, recognizing the importance of frequent 32 communications in maintaining good relationships, agree to schedule regular 33 meetings with the Faculty Federation local officers or their designees, and similar 34 meetings between the Chancellor and the Executive Officers of the Faculty 35 Federation. Included for discussion shall be faculty-administrator relationships 36 and methods for improvement. 37 These meetings shall not be for the purpose of negotiation with respect to wages 38 and hours or conditions of employment or for discussing specific grievances but 1 shall be for the purpose of discussing and resolving mutual problems affecting the 2 overall relationships between the parties to this Agreement. In addition to the 3 regularly scheduled meetings, special meetings, both at the college and university 4 levels, shall be held at the request of either party to discuss and resolve questions 5 relative to the Agreement.
CONTINUING CONSULTATION. The Trustees and the Educational Services Unit, recognizing the importance of frequent communications in maintaining good relationships, agree that UMass Dartmouth administration and ESU officers shall schedule regular meetings with the Vice Chancellor of Administrative and Fiscal Services or designee. These meetings shall not be for the purpose of negotiating with respect to wages and hours or conditions of employment or for discussing specific grievances, but shall be for the purpose of discussing and resolving mutual problems affecting the overall relationships between the parties to this agreement.

CONTINUING CONSULTATION. STB consultation with the Tribes will remain open throughout the duration of the Project and as the terms of this Agreement are carried out. Copies of the Project’s Draft EIS and Final EIS shall be sent to all of these Tribes and Alaska native organizations for review. Both documents shall contain the draft Agreement as an appendix. If further research or analysis results in the identification of other Tribes with interests or cultural ties to the Project, they will also be added to the list of consulting Tribes. Consultation methods will vary depending on the requests from the Tribes. Consultation types may vary from letters, phone calls, on-site meetings and various levels of documentation for review, to jointly developing site specific treatment plans and/or agreement documents. Consultation may also vary according to the type of resource involved, the periods when the various tribes are known to have occupied the project vicinity, and which alternative is ultimately licensed by the STB.
