Contract Expectation. What are your company’s expectations in the event of a contract award? We expect this is where our work begins. That the contract provides us a tool, but that business is not going to just come to us we need to go earn it. We envision a three-pronged approach. #1 to position Tradesmen with existing Equalis members opening doors through an education & awareness process informing existing members of having access to a bench of trades worker at all skill levels to meet their needs to best manage their facilities, their team, and the budget under the Equalis program. #2 it is about driving business expansion opportunities through existing Tradesmen clients and inactive clients where past purchasing limitations held us back. The Equalis contract can help renew or lift limits for additional business. #3 as an organization, the institutional vertical is a division we started ramping up 6 months ago with a focus on new business and opportunities. With Tradesmen being in total growth mode on institutional, we have invested in a team, will continue to expand that group and our client list as we’ve previously proven capable of in other verticals. This is both a Tradesmen and Equalis opportunity by making institutions aware of having access to flexible trades staffing via Tradesmen under the umbrella of an Equalis contract. Together we bring a winning program to the market and provide an easy path of procurement. The Equalis contract is a great program for institutions since it satisfies the standard RFP process, saves time, saves money, expedites the solution, and avoids challenges and pitfalls of running their individual RFP. In addition, it provides them national pricing advantages. We need to make those known to a wide audience. To roll the Equalis program out we would plan and hold meetings with our entire sales team, develop Equalis internal handouts and training to bring them up to speed and incorporate Equalis information and advantages into the presentations we have and use with clients in the field. We would also develop an electronic and print marketing piece for our team to use in their efforts. We would incorporate Equalis signage into our tradeshow booths and summits as another aspect. We would develop and equip our team with the knowledge and tools to enable success.
