Contractor’s Account Manager. Contractor shall appoint an Account Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Account Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s project manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Account Manager and key personnel shall be assigned to this project for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. Key personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Account Manager.

Contractor’s Account Manager. Contractor represents that Contractor's Account Manager shall be an experienced manager who shall be knowledgeable as to Client's activities and shall direct the efforts in fulfilling Contractor's obligations under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor's Account Manager shall have overall responsibility for directing all of Contractor's activities hereunder, and shall be vested with all necessary authority to fulfill that responsibility.   • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority.   • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, an independent service provider, which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share Data with such other provider serving in a similar manner. The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.
