Corporate Expertise. The Offeror shall identify the expertise, knowledge, and capabilities that enable the contractor’s team arrangement to perform requirements in the PWS. Offerors shall only claim technical experience for those elements and activities actually performed by said Offeror. A Prime Contractor shall not claim experience for activities that were performed by a Subcontractor or team member unless the Subcontractor or team member is committed to the Contractor Team Arrangement submitted in this proposal. The Offeror shall identify its direct and indirect corporate expertise relevant to the performance requirements and as it relates to Army test technology, simulation, stimulation, data collection and analysis-related programs, studies, and initiatives. Examples are:  Performing requirements analysis, design, integration, and consolidation.  Assessing existing and emerging technologies to meet current and future test requirements and enhancing existing system’s architectures  DA/DOD test technology experience  Data collection planning, execution, handling and integration/collaboration with other vendors/multiple agencies  Tactical systems and network expertise to include both intrusive and non-intrusive monitoring  LVC simulation environment expertise; planning, integrating, conducting and documenting hardware and software verification and validation  Planning for and integrating multiple hardware and software related test technologies during test preparation and execution  Experience in LVC/CI4SR related exercises; development of integrated solutions involving multiple vendors, government agencies and systems (e.g. DIS, HLA, XXXX, CTIA, joint land component constructive training capability (JLCCTC), architecture neutral data engineering model)  Experience as combat developer for training systems, test technology, or threat systems; experience with software support programs  Corporate program to stay abreast of new and emerging technologies related to testing (e.g. modeling and simulation, instrumentation and data collection hardware and software)  Demonstrated ability to leverage corporate expertise to identify changes to increase work efficiency and reduce cost; corporate involvement in contracts, prime or sub-contractor, within DOD dealing with test technologies; participation in Army Training Federation events  Expertise in Army/Joint Mission Systems  CMMI experience with recognized certifications such as CMMI Level 3, ISO 9000, or Certified Program ...

Corporate Expertise. The evaluation will focus on the offerors’ proposed corporate entity with respect to its expertise, knowledge, and capabilities to perform the requirements identified in the contract and its added value to the providing test technologies to support operational testing. The Government will assess the Offeror’s proposal as to the identification of direct and indirect corporate expertise relevant to the performance requirements as it relates to Army Test Technology, simulation, stimulation, data collection and analysis-related programs, studies, and initiatives pertaining to Section L and the PWS

  • Expertise Such Member alone, or together with its representatives, possesses such expertise, knowledge and sophistication in financial and business matters generally, and in the type of transactions in which the Company proposes to engage in particular, that such Member is capable of evaluating the merits and economic risks of acquiring and holding the Units, and that such Member is able to bear all such economic risks now and in the future;

  • BOOKS OF RECORD AND AUDIT PROVISION Contractor shall maintain on a current basis complete books and records relating to this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to, documents supporting all bids, all income and all expenditures. The books and records shall be original entry books with a general ledger itemizing all debits and credits for the work on this Contract. In addition, Contractor shall maintain detailed payroll records including all subsistence, travel and field expenses, and canceled checks, receipts and invoices for all items. These documents and records shall be retained for at least five years from the completion of this Contract. Contractor will permit County to audit all books, accounts or records relating to this Contract or all books, accounts or records of any business entities controlled by Contractor who participated in this Contract in any way. Any audit may be conducted on Contractor's premises or, at County's option, Contractor shall provide all books and records within a maximum of fifteen (15) days upon receipt of written notice from County. Contractor shall refund any monies erroneously charged.

  • Organization and Good Standing; Power and Authority Buyer is a corporation duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.   • Evaluators i. Each evaluator shall be required to successfully complete state- mandated evaluator credentialing training and to pass a credentialing assessment.

  • Names of Stewards The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the name of each Xxxxxxx and the area the Xxxxxxx represents and the name of the Chief Xxxxxxx, before the Employer shall be required to recognize the Xxxxxxx.
