COVERAGE PROGRAMS. (a) The Authority shall maintain such types and levels of coverage for Programs as determined by the Board of Directors. Such coverage may provide for binding arbitration before an independent arbitration panel of any disputes concerning coverage between the Authority and a Member.

COVERAGE PROGRAMS. All Parties to the Agreement shall participate in the Liability Coverage Program. Participation in any other Coverage Program is at the discretion of the Party. Each Coverage Program shall have a Master Program Document that describes the rights and duties of the Authority, the Member, and the process by which the Coverage Program will be administered.
COVERAGE PROGRAMS. The Board or Executive Committee may adopt such Coverage Programs as it deems necessary to further the goals of its Members. All Coverage Programs shall be defined by a Memorandum(s) of Coverage; insurance policy(ies), or document(s) with a copy provided to each Member.
COVERAGE PROGRAMS. FRMS shall maintain such types and levels of coverage for Coverage Programs as determined by the Board of Directors. The coverage afforded under one or more Coverage Programs may include protection for workers’ compensation liability, employment health and welfare benefits, and any other risks which the Board of Directors may determine to be advisable. More than one type of coverage may be afforded under a single Coverage Program. FRMS shall describe the coverage and operation of each Coverage Program in writing utilizing documents such as Memorandums of Coverage, Master Program Documents, or other written policies and procedures. The Board of Directors may arrange for purchase of Excess or Re-insurance. FRMS shall not be liable to any Member or to any other person or organization if such excess or re-insurance policies are terminated, cancelled or non-renewed without prior notice to one or more Members, or if there is a reduction in the type or amounts of coverage afforded under a Coverage Program by reason of any change in coverage in a succeeding excess or re-insurance policy, even if such reduction occur without prior notice to one or more Members.

  • Insurance Programs Upon proper application and acceptance for enrollment by the appropriate insurance underwriter, policyholder, or third-party administrator, the Board shall make premium payments on behalf of the Administrator and his/her eligible dependents for the insurance programs, subject to possible modification as stated in ¶ 10 below.

  • Catastrophic Leave Program Leave credits, as defined below, may be transferred from one or more employees to another employee, on an hour-for-hour basis, in accordance with departmental policies upon the request of both the receiving employee and the transferring employee and upon approval of the employee's appointing authority, under the following conditions:

  • Insurance Program An eligible employee may waive rights to participate in either single or family coverage. If an employee waives this benefit, such employee may not revoke the waiver until the next open enrollment period and may be accepted only after medical review by the insurance provider.

  • Educational Program Section 1: Employees covered by this Agreement will receive the university fee authorization program and dependent fee authorization program as currently in effect and as may be determined during the term of this agreement.

  • Group Health Benefit Plans, Carrier and Premiums 7.1.1. When enrolment and other requirements for group participation in various plans have been met, the Employer will sponsor such plans to the portion agreed upon and such sponsorship shall not exceed that which is authorized or accepted by the benefit agency.

  • Educational Incentive Program 15.2.1 A regular monthly classified unit member covered by this Agreement shall be granted a one-step increase (up to a step maximum of step G for Office/Technical unit members) on the first (1st) of the month following verification of satisfactory completion (grade of “C” or above) of twelve (12) semester units of credit from an accredited institution. Courses must have been enrolled in and credits must have been earned subsequent to the unit member's employment with the District. Official transcripts verifying a grade of “C” or above will be considered proof of satisfactory completion, in addition to the Educational Incentive Program Request for Salary Advancement Form, shall be provided by the eligible unit member and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources. Units of credit obtained prior to promotion must be applied toward step movement within sixty (60) calendar days of effective promotion date. The unit member shall ensure that the Compensation department is aware of these additional credits within this sixty (60) day period.
