Credit Accumulation. Any unused portion of this sick leave may be accumulated to a total of 110 days.
Credit Accumulation. Paid sick leave shall accumulate at the rate of twelve (12) hours per one hundred and seventy-three and three tenths (173.3) hours worked, effective the first day of employment. The maximum amount of accumulation shall be one thousand forty (1,040) hours. “Hours worked” for the purposes of sick time credit accumulation does not include paid sick time, or Workers’ Compensation. A Nurse can accumulate, but cannot use sick leave credits during the probationary period.

Credit Accumulation. On the first working day of each calendar year, a full-time employee may not exceed 40 days of accrued vacation, although his or her total may exceed this limit at other times during the year. An employee who accumulates more than 40 days of vacation credits in a calendar year must use the amount over 40 days or lose it on the last day of the calendar year; provided, however, that an employee who requests vacation in writing, and who is denied the use of vacation leave, in writing, under circumstances where he or she reasonably cannot take vacation during the remainder of the calendar year in which the request is made, may carry over the number of days so denied into the next calendar year. Days so carried over must be used within the next calendar year.
Credit Accumulation. As of September 12, 1986, the accrued MWh Credit shall be fixed and recalculated from the Date of Firm Operation through September 12, 1986, which shall be deemed to be 34,642 MWh. In conjunction with the assignment of the Contract on January 29, 1990, the accrued MWh Credit balance shall be converted to dollars which shall be deemed to be $1,157,894.99 and shall be repaid to Edison on January 30, l990, thus discharging all obligation of the Seller with regard to the accrued MWh Credit."
