Customer Satisfaction Survey. The Members will provide the necessary support to accomplish a customer satisfaction survey.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. To determine Registrars' satisfaction with Registry Services, Registry Operator will implement a Web-based customer-satisfaction survey that will consist of a set of survey questions with responses ranging from one to five on the Likert Scale. We will tabulate the results and publish them on the Web site. To further verify the quality of our customer services, Registry Operator will commission a biannual customer-satisfaction survey by an independent third party.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. No less frequently than once per calendar year, commencing after January 1, 2007, PharMerica shall (i) complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey, and (ii) provide Ceres with a detailed written report summarizing the findings and conclusions of such Customer Satisfaction Survey. Upon request by Ceres made reasonably following Ceres’ receipt of a Customer Satisfaction Survey, PharMerica shall provide Ceres with copies of the completed customer surveys compiled in the preparation of such Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. 61.1 The Contractor shall, on each Customer Satisfaction Survey Date, undertake (or procure the undertaking of) a customer satisfaction survey (“Customer Satisfaction Survey”) the purpose of which shall include:
(a) assessing the level of satisfaction among users of Services (including the way in which the Services are provided, performed and delivered) and, in particular, with the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Services;
(b) assisting in the preparation of the Contractor’s Annual Service Report and Annual Service Plan (as defined in clause 62).
61.2 The Customer Satisfaction Survey shall be undertaken by means of distributing to users of the Services within 10 Working Days of each Customer Satisfaction Survey Date a questionnaire [or other survey method as agreed between the Parties] in a form to be agreed with the Authority (acting reasonably).
61.3 The content of the questionnaire [or other material to be used for any other survey method] referred to in clause 61.2 and the method of undertaking the Customer Satisfaction Survey shall comply with all Law.
61.4 The Authority shall provide reasonable assistance and information to the Contractor to enable the Contractor to undertake the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
61.5 Within 3 (months) of each Customer Satisfaction Survey Date, the Contractor shall prepare a summary of the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey in such form as the Authority shall reasonably require and promptly upon a written request from the Authority provide such further details (including copies of all returned questionnaires and/or any other survey material used by the Contractor) as the Authority shall reasonably require.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. 14.1. The Contractor shall undertake (or procure the undertaking of) a customer satisfaction survey (“Customer Satisfaction Survey”) the purpose of which shall include (but not limited to) assessing the level of satisfaction among Users of Services (including the way in which the Services are provided, performed and delivered) and, in particular, with the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Services.
14.2. The Customer Satisfaction Survey shall be undertaken by means of distributing to Users of the Services a questionnaire (or other survey method as agreed between the Parties) in a form to be agreed with the Authority (acting reasonably).
14.3. The content of the questionnaire (or other material to be used for any other survey method) referred to in clause 14.2 and the method of undertaking the Customer Satisfaction Survey shall comply with all Law.
14.4. The Authority shall provide reasonable assistance and information to the Contractor to enable the Contractor to undertake the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
14.5. Within one month of each Customer Satisfaction Survey, the Contractor shall prepare a summary of the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey in such form as the Authority shall reasonably require and promptly upon a written request from the Authority provide such further details (including copies of all returned questionnaires and/or any other survey material used by the Contractor) as the Authority shall reasonably require.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. (1) At least once every Contract Year during the Term, IBM shall, upon EMW's request, engage an unaffiliated third party approved by EMW to conduct a customer satisfaction survey in respect of those aspects of the Services designated by EMW (the "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY"). The Customer Satisfaction Survey, shall, at a minimum, cover a representative sampling of End-Users and senior management of EMW, in each case as specified by EMW. The timing, content, scope and method of the Customer Satisfaction Survey shall be consistent with the Initial Customer Satisfaction Survey and subject to EMW's approval. IBM agrees that (a) increased measured customer satisfaction shall be a key performance incentive for the compensation of the IBM Key Personnel and (b) customer satisfaction shall be measured as a service level pursuant to EXHIBIT 5. (2) In the event that EMW disputes the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey, EMW may invoke the Dispute Resolution Process.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. County may conduct a Customer satisfaction survey for implementation of Franchise Services, including a survey mailed to Customers together with Customers’ bills, in the form of a post card or letter returnable to County. Alternatively, Franchisee may provide County with a Customer list and money to pay the cost of postage, within fifteen (15) days of County’s request made pursuant to this section. Franchisee may review and comment upon the form and content of the survey. Franchisee will cooperate with County and its surveyor in the conduct of the survey, including distributing surveys with bills to Customers. Franchisee may obtain a copy of the results of the survey upon request to County.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. Supplier shall, upon Customer's request and at Supplier's cost and expense, perform customer satisfaction surveys of Customer pursuant to Exhibit 18 and provide support and assistance to Customer with respect to customer satisfaction surveys of Customer's clients.
Customer Satisfaction Survey. The Contractor shall carry out a Customer satisfaction survey in each month of the Term in accordance with criteria agreed with the BBC, and shall provide the results of such surveys promptly to the BBC thereafter. Each such survey shall encompass no fewer than four hundred complete responses from individual Customers per month. In this Schedule 6 “On-Account Payment” means the amount being the forecast of all payments due and payable to the DCMS in relation to Licensing calculated in accordance with paragraph 2.3 of this Schedule 6 as adjusted for any under or over payments in any previous remittances.

Customer Satisfaction Survey. The parties agree that the unique nature of the service provided by the Foundation poses difficulties in developing a customer satisfaction indicator linked to payment. The major difficulty is in undertaking the survey using appropriate survey techniques while maintaining client confidentiality. However, the parties acknowledge that information regarding customer satisfaction is an important factor in analysing quality of service. Further the parties agree that the results of any customer satisfaction survey carried out by the Foundation will be considered by the Workplace Consultative Committee, who will make recommendations regarding strategies to be implemented to overcome any deficiencies in the nursing service identified in the survey.
