Customer Security Requirements. 11.1. Whilst on the Customer’s premises, the Supplier (and where applicable, an Approved Sub-Contractor utilised in the execution of the Contract) shall advise the Temporary work- seeker of his need to comply with all relevant security measures and procedures of the Customer whilst on the Assignment. 11.1.1. The Customer shall provide copies of its written security procedures to the Supplier on reasonable request. 11.2. The Customer shall have the right to carry out any physical searches of the Temporary work-seeker or their possessions or of vehicles used by them at the Premises. The Customer (or any person responsible to the Customer for security matters on its behalf) shall comply at all times with the Human Rights Act 1998 when carrying out such searches. 11.3. The Supplier (and where applicable, an Approved Sub-Contractor utilised in the execution of the Contract) shall co-operate with any investigation relating to security carried out by the Customer (or any person responsible to the Customer for security matters on its behalf) and when required by the Customer (or any person responsible to the Customer for security matters on its behalf) shall: 11.3.1. use reasonable endeavours to make the Temporary work-seeker available to be interviewed by the Customer (or any person responsible to the Customer for security matters on its behalf) for the purposes of the investigation. The Temporary work-seeker shall have the right to be accompanied by a Supplier's representative (and where applicable, a representative of the Approved Sub- Contractor utilised in the execution of the Contract) and to be advised, or represented by, any other person whose attendance at the interview is Approved and acceptable to the Parties; and 11.3.2. subject to any legal restriction on their disclosure, provide all documents, records or other material of any kind which may reasonably be required by the Customer (or any person responsible to the Customer for security matters on its behalf) for the purposes of the investigation so long as the provision of that material does not prevent the Supplier from performing the Services. 11.3.2.1. The Customer shall have the right to retain any such material for use in connection with the investigation and, so far as possible, shall provide the Supplier with a copy of the material retained.

Customer Security Requirements. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed the security features and responsibilities as described in the Agreement (including the applicable Documentation) and has determined that such features and responsibilities meet Customer's needs. Customer is solely responsible for determining the appropriate procedures and controls regarding security of the Customer Content and for the implementation of any such procedures and controls. If the current security, procedures, and controls offered by CGC with respect to the Product do not meet Customer's requirements, then Customer should not use the Product.

STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ.
