Day to Day. Acting Pay When an employee is assigned by a duly agent of the Board, or his Xxxxxxx, to assume duties and responsibilities on a day to day basis of a superior rated position, he or she shall be compensated at a pro-rata of the rate of pay that category which provides for an increase, effective the day and thereafter so long as the employee remains in such a position. Where an employee replaces a Xxxxxxx I or within these terms of reference for a period in excess of ten (10) days, such time shall be credited against any subsequent increment period provided for in the salary scale for these two positions. This record to be maintained through form action. Day to Day Acting Pay Sub-Xxxxxxx I Custodial employees assigned temporarily to the afternoon shift of an elementary school where there is no Sub-Xxxxxxx on afternoon duty, shall be paid at the rate of Sub-Xxxxxxx I. Such assignments shall be based on the preference and seniority of the regular employees normally in the affected satellite elementary school and the applicable secondary school. The preference of regular employees may be determined at the beginning of each applicable month. In the event that any employee wishes to be added to the list, may do so by advising the Xxxxxxx. (There will not be any ancillary costs to the Board as a result of the Board’s accommodation of this process: mileage, keys retrieval, etc.).

  • Monday to Friday The Executive's salary has been computed to reflect that his regular duties are likely, from time to time, to require more than the normal hours per week and the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work outside normal hours.

  • Monday to Friday inclusive Where a ten (10) hour normal work day is being worked, the hours of work shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday inclusive. The 4 x 10 hour day work week shall apply only when the week is scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours (4 days @ 10 hour/day) except where the week has a holiday.

  • Monday to Saturday Time and a-half for the first three hours and double time thereafter.

  • Business Day For purposes of these By-Laws, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties. The intent is that there will be no more than twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year for the duration of this agreement.

  • Day Unless otherwise stated, reference to the terms "day," "days," "month," or "months" mean calendar day, calendar days, calendar month, and calendar months, respectively.

  • Notice and Opportunity to Cure Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall be a condition precedent to the Company’s right to terminate Executive’s employment for Cause and Executive’s right to terminate for Good Reason that (i) the party seeking termination shall first have given the other party written notice stating with specificity the reason for the termination (“breach”) and (ii) if such breach is susceptible of cure or remedy, a period of fifteen (15) days from and after the giving of such notice shall have elapsed without the breaching party having effectively cured or remedied such breach during such 15-day period, unless such breach cannot be cured or remedied within fifteen (15) days, in which case the period for remedy or cure shall be extended for a reasonable time (not to exceed an additional thirty (30) days) provided the breaching party has made and continues to make a diligent effort to effect such remedy or cure.

  • Opportunity to Cure The COUNTY may, at its sole discretion, provide the AGENCY with a Notice to Cure a breach of this Contract. If the AGENCY fails to cure the breach to the COUNTY’S satisfaction within the time provided in the Notice to Cure, the COUNTY may terminate this Contract for cause.
