DEADHEAD PAY. 4-9.01. A Pilot shall be paid for Deadhead(s)as follows: a) When a Pilot is required to Deadhead on Westjet Group of Companies, they shall be paid but not credited at fifty percent (50%) of the Scheduled or Actual Block Time of the Deadhead, whichever is greater. b) When a Pilot is required to Deadhead by ground transportation (e.g., automobile, van, bus, train, etc.) and travel time exceeds one (1) hour they shall be paid but not credited for fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled travel. c) When a Pilot is required to Deadhead on non Westjet Group of Companies- aircraft, they shall be paid but not credited at fifty percent (50%) of the Scheduled Deadhead time. 4-9.02. When a Pilot is on a Deadhead it counts as duty under 4-5 above.
DEADHEAD PAY. 1. When a Flight Attendant deadheads, s/he will be paid 50% of the deadhead time based on the greater of scheduled or actual time of the deadhead. Surface deadhead will be paid at 50% of the applicable AAA time. 2. A Flight Attendant who is authorized by Dispatch or Crew Scheduling may use her/his own car for Company-required surface deadheading. If her/his own car is used, then AAA mileage at the applicable IRS rate will be reimbursed for each mile driven. 3. For a day consisting entirely of deadhead, a Flight Attendant will be paid 100% of the deadhead time based on the greater of scheduled or actual time of the deadhead. 4. For a day consisting entirely of deadhead which occurs on a scheduled day off, a Flight Attendant will be paid, in addition to guarantee, 100% of the deadhead time based on the greater of scheduled or actual time of the deadhead, but not less than 2.5 hours.
DEADHEAD PAY. 1. When a Pilot is required to Deadhead to or from Duty, he shall be paid PCH at fifty percent (50%) of the greater of the Scheduled or Actual Block Time of such Deadhead, on a segment-by-segment basis. 2. When a Pilot is required to Deadhead by surface transportation, he shall be paid PCH at fifty percent (50%) of the Deadhead time determined by dividing the Google Maps published driving distance by sixty (60). 3. A Pilot who picks-up a Trip Pairing from Open Time, or Trip Trades with another Pilot(s), where the Trip Pairing originates in a location other than his Permanent Domicile, shall not be paid Deadhead PCH for reporting to the Trip Pairing’s origination location, or returning to his Domicile at the conclusion of the Trip Pairing unless a Scheduled Deadhead segment(s) is included in the Trip Pairing.
DEADHEAD PAY. 22.5.1. AIR TRANSPORTATION A Crewmember who Deadheads by air will be credited with Flight Pay for one-half (1/2) of the published scheduled time. If a Crewmember Deadheads by air on a segment for which there is no published schedule, he will be credited with Flight Pay for one-half (1/2) of the Block-to-Block time.
DEADHEAD PAY. A Pilot shall be paid and credited for each Deadhead as follows: a) When a Pilot is required to Deadhead by aircraft, they shall be paid and credited, at fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled or actual Deadhead time, whichever is greater. b) When a Pilot is required to Deadhead by surface transportation (e.g., automobile, van, bus, boat, train, etc.) they shall receive pay and credit, for fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled travel time between destinations. If the scheduled travel time is not published (e.g., train schedule, bus schedule), the time shall be determined by using Google Maps or other agreed upon methodology. c) If a Pilot’s only Duty consists of Deadheading, the Pilot shall be paid and credited the greater of the Minimum Daily Credit (MDC) or the greater of the scheduled or actual Deadhead as provided in paragraph 3.2.3 a) and paragraph 3.2.3 b), above.
DEADHEAD PAY. Deadhead pay to include Deadhead deviation pay is 100% of the actual or scheduled Block Hours, whichever is greater. The exception to this rule is, in the event the Flight Attendant fails to provide 24-hour notice of a Deadhead deviation, the Deadhead Credit will be reduced to 50% of the scheduled flight time unless the Deadhead was placed on the Flight Attendant’s schedule with less than 24-hours’ notice. Flight Attendants assigned to an off-line Deadhead will be paid for the scheduled flight time. Reserve Flight Attendants do not receive Deadhead pay unless their monthly flight time is over 75 hours.

DEADHEAD PAY. Pilots who are entitled to receive deadhead pay under this Agreement shall be compensated pursuant to Article 8, Deadheading.
DEADHEAD PAY. When a pilot is required to deadhead, he will be compensated for one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled block time of the deadhead. If no block time is established, then the actual time will be used for air transportation. The Company and ALPA will establish the scheduled times for a surface deadhead, and if no time is established, the actual time will be used.
