Definition of Overtime Overtime means those hours worked in excess of normal hours of work as per Article 8.1 (Normal Work Week).
Definitions of Terms The terms defined in this Section (except as in this Indenture or any indenture supplemental hereto otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires) for all purposes of this Indenture and of any indenture supplemental hereto shall have the respective meanings specified in this Section and shall include the plural as well as the singular. Definitions Construction (a) All initially capitalized terms used herein (including in the preamble and recitals hereof) without definition shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement (including Schedule 1.1 thereto). Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION Definitions 1.1 In this Contract, unless the contrary intention appears: Activity End Date means the date reported as such in a Student Statistical Report for an individual's enrolment in an individual subject. It excludes activities carried out by individuals who are employees of the Training Provider on the Training Provider’s payroll, whose role includes the identification and recruitment of potential students. Business Day means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Melbourne, Victoria.
