Delays and Cancellations. If performance of Professional Services is delayed due to Licensee’s failure to provide required access, personnel availability or canceled with less than five (5) Business Days’ notice once ordered by Licensee, Licensee shall pay Flexera at the rate set forth in the applicable Order for each day for each person assigned by Flexera to provide the applicable Professional Services if the Flexera resources cannot be redeployed by Flexera using reasonable efforts. In addition, Licensee agrees to reimburse any travel expenses which have been incurred and are non-cancelable, non-refundable, or non-creditable.

Delays and Cancellations. In case of cancellation or delay, FRS shall inform passengers of the expected departure and arrival times as soon as such information becomes available. For refunds of tickets issued by FRS, the interested party shall go to any of the offices or Points of Sale. Tickets issued by travel agencies are to be reimbursed by them. Reimbursement, in either case, shall be made in the same method and currency as the tickets were purchased. Under no circumstances shall issuance costs be refunded. Delays and Cancellations. A. If the aircraft described above is not available for any charter flights scheduled in accordance with Article 3 herein, then Vision, at Vision’s sole expense, shall secure substitute transportation for the passengers equal to the transportation required to be provided by Vision in accordance with this Agreement. If Vision is not able to secure equal transportation for IMG’s passengers, Vision shall immediately refund to IMG the payment(s) made for the cancelled flight(s).
Delays and Cancellations. If agreed work dates have to be altered as a result of delays caused by the weather, or by availability of access permissions, or by safety issues, or by any other circumstances outside the consultant’s control, the next available date will be programmed, taking into account pre-existing bookings. The consultant makes no guarantee that revised work dates can be arranged to meet the original deadlines. Any cancellations resulting from such delays will be subject to an appropriate charge.
