Delegation of Tasks. In compliance with the provisions of the UCITS Act and the UCITS Ordinance, the Management Company may delegate some of its tasks to third parties for the purpose of an efficient business management. The specifics of any such delegation will be set forth in an agreement between the Management Company and the relevant third party. The Management Company shall ensure that the selection of the delegate(s) shall be implemented with due care and diligence and appointment of the delegate shall be carried out by the Management Company acting independently. The Management Company shall monitor the performance of the service providers and the financial status of trading counterparties. The Management Company shall monitor the performance of any service provider appointed by it.

Delegation of Tasks. In compliance with the provisions of the AIFMG and AIFMV, the AIFM may delegate some of its tasks to third par- ties for the purpose of the efficient performance of its business. The specifics of any such delegation will be set forth in an agreement concluded between the AIFM and the agent/representative. Further information on the delegation of tasks, if available, can be found in the fund specific Appendix A "Over- view of Funds".
Delegation of Tasks. In certain circumstances, an Authority may delegate one or more of its tasks to a Delegated Authority, subject to the agreement of the latter. Such agreements shall clearly identify the functions to be performed by the delegated body or authority and the type of supporting documents and reports to be sent to the Head of the Operating Structure. 3. Such agreements shall also provide for access, by duly authorised agents or representatives of the Community or the Operating Structure, to information held by the delegated bodies/authorities, and for investigations by such authorised agents or representatives, of any operations financed under the programme, including the carrying out of checks on individual projects and recipients of aid. 4. The Beneficiary shall enable the Head of the Operating Structure to exercise the duties associated with his responsibilities, even where no hierarchical link exists between the Head of the Operating Structure and the bodies and authorities involved in the implementation of the programme. 5. The Beneficiary shall ensure that a system of deputising is in place, to ensure the continuity of the functions assigned to the relevant authorities.

Delegation of Tasks. 1. The Partner may delegate some of his tasks to third parties, if this is provided for by the Grant Agreement or necessary due to cost category in Exceptional Costs. Before delegating any task of his to a third party, that is not already foreseen in the Grant Agreement and in the cost category in Exceptional Costs, the Partner shall in each case notify the Project Coordinator in writing thereof. The Project Coordinator may give its consent to the delegation of tasks within ten days of notification by the Partner. If no consent has been given within the aforementioned period of time, consent shall be considered to have been refused. 2. The delegation of tasks, that are not already foreseen in the Grant Agreement and in the cost category in Exceptional Costs, to third parties may lead to changes in the Partner's budget. Whenever tasks are delegated, the budget shall be adjusted to the altered circumstances, and the Project Coordinator shall notify the Partner in writing thereof. 3. In the event of the delegation of tasks to third parties, the Partner shall ensure that no legal or factual reasons form an obstacle to delegation. The Partner shall in particular ensure that no third-party rights are infringed, and that all rights to third-party work results are assigned to the Partner. The Partner shall ensure that, by delegating tasks, he is not prevented from fulfilling the present Agreement or the Grant Agreement. The Partner shall be responsible for verifying whether the person he has commissioned is suited to fulfilling the tasks assigned, and he shall ensure that third parties also meet the obligations under the Grant Agreement and the Content Licence Agreement (confidentiality, processing of personal data, documentation requirement, prevention of conflicts of interest, etc.).
