Design Packages. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for preparing design packages pursuant to the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board, and in accordance with Appendix 6 (Design-Build Work Review Procedures), in connection with any application for obtaining reimbursement for the Design-Build Improvements under the CWSRF Loan Agreement. The design packages shall include, but not be limited to, all plans, drawings, mapping, inspections, models, studies, reports, analyses and cost estimates required by the State Water Resources Control Board.

Design Packages. The Design Packages are to be incrementally developed and submitted to the State for review in accordance with Schedule 3 (Review Procedures) during the Design Development Process. Each Design Package must be in a form approved by the State and must include the following (as it relates to the relevant Functional Group or technical design discipline):
