Development and Evaluation. Recognizing that strong leadership is essential to the success of the Schools, the CWC Network will provide direct and indirect support in the development and evaluation of leadership. For example, the CWC Network: • Supports the Schools in leveraging talent across and beyond the CWC Network. • Supports, coaches and develops key Licensee leadership talent, including its Board of Directors, Executive Directors and School Principals. For example: o The CWC Network will provide ongoing principal support and feedback and leverage resources inside and outside of the CWC Network to support principals in achieving their Schools’ missions. o The CWC Network Liaison will provide support to the board in Executive Director management. • Designs and creates templates and models for individual and collective evaluation at school sites. These evaluations will be designed intentionally to align tightly with the CWC Network’s mission and instructional and philosophical approach. o Designs and provides templates for Executive Director, Principal and teacher evaluations with examples of effective implementation. o Develops and implements multi-day school evaluations. The evaluation process will focus on quality of outcomes and fulfillment of the mission and the CWC Network Fundamentals. These reviews will provide feedback to School leaders that they may use in making programmatic decisions. In addition, this process will identify promising practices to share across the CWC Network. • Facilitates access to network of principals and Executive Directors across the CWC Network.

Development and Evaluation. Those teachers who are not covered by the evaluation procedure contained in Appendix B will be governed by the procedure contained in this Appendix C.
Development and Evaluation a. Customer agrees to furnish all critical DHBT device specifications required for Vitesse to develop and evaluate an InP-based epitaxial structure as set forth in subparagraphs b. - f. of this paragraph 1. These specifications may include, and are not limited to, functional description of operation of the transistor, arrangement and location of input, output, power, and control ports, temperature range of operation, and ac and dc performance. b. Vitesse shall design a multilayer epitaxial structure (the “Stack”) that, when used in conjunction with the VIP2 process, will produce transistors which meet the function and performance specified in part a. above, fabricate wafers using the VIP2 InP integrated circuit process, and provide prototypes of the transistors (the “ Transistor Prototypes”) to Customer for development and evaluation purposes all in accordance with the schedule and completion dates (the “Schedule”) set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto. c. In accordance with the Schedule, Vitesse shall evaluate the Transistor Prototypes within its own facility and supply the results of this evaluation to Customer. Customer may also evaluate Transistor Prototypes within its own facility and provide Vitesse written reports of the performance and deficiencies of the Transistor Prototypes in accordance with the Schedule. Based on these evaluations, Vitesse will modify and construct a transistor model, within the Cadence design environment, suitable for use in high frequency circuit design. Upon reasonable request of Vitesse, Customer shall grant Vitesse representatives access to Customer’s facility to observe evaluations. Vitesse shall deliver to Customer the final design kit with updated transistor models per the dates in the Schedule. d. Upon completion of the development and evaluation of the Transistor Prototypes, Vitesse shall make the Stack available for use by Customer in the development of InP-based integrated circuit. e. Vitesse shall review all Customer proposed integrated circuit product concepts and provide design services, where possible, to enable the timely demonstration of prototypes (the “IC Prototypes”). f. On a biweekly basis, Vitesse shall provide Customer with information as to the progress and status of each development effort being conducted under this Agreement. Such documentation shall include, but is not limited to physical and/or schematic descriptions of the Prototype(s), test data, and an updated milestone chart showing performanc...
Development and Evaluation. At the start of each school year per the TD&E Timeline, building principals or supervising administrators will create a schedule of evaluations that includes probationary and tenured staff who are on the summative phase of their TD&E cycle for the year. The schedule will be shared by the end of the second week of school. The schedule will give a two week window of time that the evaluation will occur. If a situation occurs where the schedule must be changed, the building principal or supervising administrator will reschedule with notification after consultation with the affected educator. These evaluations should not take place during September or after May 15.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • JOC EVALUATION If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials?   • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Williamson County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following: A. Problems, delays, adverse conditions which may materially affect the ability to meet the objectives of an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, or preclude the attainment of Project Engineering Services units by established time periods; and such disclosure shall be accompanied by statement of actions taken or contemplated, and County assistance needed to resolve the situation, if any; and B. Favorable developments or events which enable meeting goals sooner than anticipated in relation to an applicable Work Authorization’s or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”. b. The AGENCY agrees to permit persons duly authorized by the COUNTY to interview any clients and all current and/or former employees of the AGENCY to be assured of the AGENCY’S satisfactory performance of the terms of this Contract. c. Following such evaluation, monitoring, and/or audit, the COUNTY will deliver a report of its findings and recommendations with regard to the AGENCY’S conformance with this Contract’s terms and conditions to the AGENCY and/or Board of Directors’ President, and members, whenever applicable. If deficiencies are noted, a written notice of corrective action will be issued to the AGENCY which will specify deficiencies and provide a timeline for correction of those deficiencies. Within the designated timeframe in the written notice of corrective action, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY’S CCC manager (“Manager”), or their designee, a corrective action plan to rectify all deficiencies identified by the COUNTY. d. Failure by the AGENCY to correct noted deficiencies, as outlined in the written notice of corrective action, may result in the AGENCY being deemed in breach of the Contract terms. e. The AGENCY shall cooperate with the COUNTY on all reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable COUNTY guidelines and requirements for general fund recipients.

  • Self-Evaluation Each regular faculty member shall provide a self-evaluation. It shall address, among other items, the faculty member's fulfillment of professional responsibilities as referenced in Section 18.2.3 and an assessment of his or her own performance. The faculty member will share the self-evaluation with the Faculty Evaluation Committee and the first-level manager or designee. The self-evaluation will become part of the evaluation report.
