Access to Network. Subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, HNL shall provide to SafeHealth access to the Dental Providers who or which allow such access under their Contracts for the purpose of providing dental services or dental supplies to SafeHealth Subscribers. SafeHealth shall cooperate with HNL to arrange access by SafeHealth Subscribers to any Dental Provider whose Contract does not expressly permit such access and who or which SafeHealth determines meets the credentialing and contracting criteria established by SafeHealth.

Access to Network. MN hereby grants to you, and you hereby accept, a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the Network solely for purposes directly related to your professional activities arising in the ordinary course of business, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. Any other use of the Network is strictly prohibited.

Access to Network. MLP will provide reasonable access to any portion of the Network and appurtenant infrastructure used by WiredWest necessary to provide and perform its Services hereunder (including, without limitation, the attendant Network infrastructure, rights-of-way, access points, etc.) to WiredWest’s subcontractors’ authorized employees, agents and representatives as necessary or appropriate for the performance, delivery and use of the Services in support of Network operations over the Network and for the operation, maintenance, upgrade, support and use of the Network.

Access to Network. Business Associate agrees that while present at any Covered Entity facility and/or when accessing Covered Entity’s computer network(s), it and all of its employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors shall at all times comply with any network access and other security practices, procedures and/or policies established by Covered Entity including, without limitation, those established pursuant to the HIPAA Security Rule.

Access to Network a. Access to the IVANS network will be provided on a schedule made available to User, but may be limited at the discretion of IVANS for emergency repairs or as a result of circumstances beyond IVANS' control. b. CMS Transmittal Number AB-01-11, Change Request 1439 includes a section entitled "Internet Policy" which states that "Healthcare transactions (claims, remittances, etc.) are prohibited between Medicare carriers/intermediaries and providers over the Internet." Though the IVANS Passport client software can be configured for use over an Internet connection, doing so would be in violation of this CMS Internet Policy and the transaction would not be secure. IVANS recommends that you place the following TCP/IP addresses: 129.37.59.9 through 129.37.59.16 in your firewall to prevent Internet access and advise all users to refrain from using these TCP/IP addresses. In the event you do use any of the TCP/IP address in the range from 129.37.59.9 through 129.37.59.16, you will be charged additional hourly access fees by IVANS.

Access to Network. NEON shall provide Network Plus with access to the Network Plus Fiber Network at all regeneration sites and point of presence ("POP") locations. In addition, NEON shall provide Network Plus access to the Network Plus Fiber Network at existing cable splice points, as reasonably requested from time to time by Network Plus. All connections shall be performed by NEON in accordance with NEON's applicable specifications and operating procedures as approved by Network Plus, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and shall be at Network Plus's sole cost and expense, so long as such cost and expense have been approved in advance in writing by Network Plus. Network Plus shall have no limitations on the types of electronics, optronics or technologies employed to utilize the Network Plus Fiber Network fibers, subject to mutually agreeable safety procedures and so long as such electronics, optronics or technologies do not interfere with the use of or present a risk of damage to any portion of the NEON Network.

Access to Network. (a) PROVIDER grants to User a nontransferable, nonexclusive, limited license to access the Network and the Information included therein, during PROVIDER's normal hours of operation solely for the purpose of performing research and related work in the regular course of User's business. Except as otherwise provided herein, such license includes the right to transfer portions of Information made available to User through the Network ("Information") in machine-readable form to a storage device under User's exclusive control and to temporarily store such Information. Violation of the limitations in this license shall subject User to liability in contract and tort, including conversion. User is expressively forbidden from representing to any person that information from the Network is the product of User's independent acquisition of public records and from representing to any person that information from the Network has been certified as accurate. User shall not sell, copy, reproduce, or transfer in bulk any Information obtained from the Network. User shall not sublicense access to the Network or any Information therefrom. User shall not delete or modify any copyright notice or disclaimer, which may appear on printouts or downloads from the Network. (b) PROVIDER reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to User to change the Network's hours of operation or to limit User's access to the Network in order to perform repairs, make modifications or as a result of circumstances beyond PROVIDER's reasonable control. PROVIDER may add or withdraw products or services to or from the Network from time to time modify permissible uses, or change prices for transactions. In addition to all other terms herein, User warrants and represents that it shall use the Information lawfully and shall not use any Information provided to User hereunder to harass or harm any individual, to attempt to persuade any individual to remove his or her personal information from the Network, or otherwise to attempt to disrupt PROVIDER'S business. USER FURTHER WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT ALL INFORMATION IT HAS PROVIDED TO PROVIDER IS TRUTHFUL. USER FUTHER WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT USER SHALL MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTALITY OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SOURCE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREUNDER, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT DISCLOSURE THEREOF IS REQUIRED BY LAW OR HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY CONSENTED TO IN WRITING SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF PROVIDER. Access to Network. (a) In providing engines to Flightlease, SRT or any Designated Customer pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement, WLFC shall not be limited to engines then owned, leased or otherwise held by WLFC at any relevant point in time, but WLFC shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to provide (or assist Flightlease, SRT or such Designated Customer in obtaining) engines for such purposes from manufacturers, airlines, lessors or other engine providers with whom WLFC shall be doing business from time to time, including arranging for the use of spare engines that may be held by such entities. (b) When necessary to assist WLFC in the performance of its obligations under clause (a) above, Flightlease and SRT will grant WLFC similar access to (i) spare engines then owned by Flightlease or SRT, as the case may be, subject to contractual restrictions binding on Flightlease or SRT, as the case may be, limiting the availability of such engines, Cooperation Agreement and (ii) Flightlease's or SRT's network of manufacturers, airlines, lessors or other engine providers with whom Fightlease or SRT, as the case may be, shall be doing business from time to time, and where appropriate and practicable, make available Flightlease's or SRT's, as the case may be, purchasing power in the new and used engine and financial markets. (c) If requested by WLFC, each of Flightlease and SRT shall consult with WLFC concerning business opportunities with Flightlease's or SRT's, as the case may be, airline partners and business customers for purposes of promoting WLFC's engine leasing and other businesses, and when desired by WLFC, facilitate dialogue with and presentation of business proposals to such airline partners and business customers.

Access to Network. 8.1 You are responsible for any access to the Network through your User ID, whether the access was made by you or not. 8.2 In using the Service, you must not: (1) Damage, interfere or modify the Network or any network connected to the Network; (2) Give any other person access to the Network; (3) Breach any law; (4) Use Incompatible Products; or (5) Infringe or interfere with any other person’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
