Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization. In accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 365.630(b), Consultant shall provide the City and the Agency with a statement regarding the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises during the construction service phase. Consultant agrees to take affirmative steps to assure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are utilized when possible as sources of supplies, equipment, construction and services in accordance with the Public Water Supply Loan Program rules.
