Dismissal From Employment. 23.3.1 Any Hillsborough County teacher may be discharged from employment in accordance with the grounds and procedures set forth in the Hillsborough County Teacher Tenure Act.

Dismissal From Employment. The Employer may discharge any employee for cause without warning or notice based upon violations of Employer’s rules, policies, and practices.
Dismissal From Employment. REIMBURSEMENT. In the event Employee is dismissed during the 24-month mandatory work duration period, for cause, the Employee shall reimburse the Employer for one hundred percent (100%) of the total ELDT tuition fees incurred, regardless of how many months the Employee served into the 24 month total work duration period. If the Employee is dismissed from employment without cause, due for instance to a reduction in numbers of employees working for Employer, the Employee shall not be required to reimburse Employer for the ELDT tuition fees.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment.
