Distribution and Movement. A. Entry Levels - Teachers who possess a Bachelor’s Degree with no prior teaching experience shall enter the Salary Grid at Column 1, Level A. A teacher who possesses a content area Master’s Degree, as defined by the Indiana Department of Education and approved by the Superintendent, with no prior teaching experience will enter the Salary Grid at Column 2, Level A.

Placement on 2021-2022 Salary ScheduleReturning teachers have been placed on the 2021-2022 salary schedule in the row closest to but not less than the teacher’s 2020-2021 salary based on academic need.

Placement onto 2023-2024 Salary Schedule – Teachers who possessed a Bachelor’s Degree in the prior year will be placed in the Career Level I Column in the row corresponding to the teacher’s base salary at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year. Teachers who possessed a Master’s Degree will be placed in the Career Level 2 Column in the row that corresponds with the teacher’s base salary at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year. There is no salary increase associated with this placement.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.
