Techno. Commercial Bid/Part I consist of following items
(a) Part I/ Techno – Commercial Bid (all sections and annexures) (Part I / Techno – Commercial bid and name of work as mentioned in clause of 1.1)” Please note that prices should not be indicated in the Part I/ Techno – Commercial Bid. Techno commercial & Price bids of vendors qualifying with above criteria only, will be opened.
Techno. Subject to Article the Board may make adjustment in the number and assignment of its employees as a result of technological changes and may make any such changes which are necessary to maintain efficient operations and optimal service to the public. In recognition of the impact that any such major changes may have upon employees and the concern of the parties regarding employees who may be affected, the following will apply.

vi) Scanned copy of Documents confirming to Sole Proprietorship/ Partnership / Private Limited Firm in the country of origin as the case may be to be uploaded.
vii) Scanned copy of Power of Attorney in favor of signatory of Tender / Bid to be uploaded.
Techno commercial Bid (Part-I) will be opened on the same day i.e. on 26/05/2017 at 14:00 Hrs. in the presence of parties who wish to be present on the occasion. Offer received after due date and time will be treated as late and will not be considered.
Techno. The Hospital undertakes to the Union in advance, so far as practicable, of any technological changes which the Hospital has decided to introduce which will significantly change the status of employees within the bargaining The Hospital agrees to discuss with the Union the effect of such changes on the employment status of employees, and to consider practical ways and means of minimizing the adverse effect, if any, upon employees concerned. Where new or greater are required than are already possessed by affected employees under the present methods of operation, such employees shall be given a period of training, with due consideration being given to the employee’s age and previous educationalbackground, during which they may perfect or acquire the necessitated by the new method of operation. The employer will assume the cost of tuition and travel. There shall be no reduction in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee. Training shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible and may extend for up to six months. Employees with one or more years of continuous service who are subject to lay-off under conditions referred to above will be given notice of the impending change in employment status at the earliest reasonable time, in keeping with the notification to the Union as above set forth, and the requirement of the applicable law. An employee with whose job becomes redundant as a result of technological change shall placement in accordance with the provisions of Article A seniority list showing the names, seniority dates and classifications of employees will be prepared by the Hospital, dated and posted on the bulletin board during the first week in January each year with a copy to the Union. Techno broker BV shall observe the care of a good supplier in the execution of its activities.
Techno broker BV shall never be liable for indirect damages, including consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings and damage through stagnation of work.
