Dues/Service Fees. The County shall deduct membership dues for members and fair share service fees for non- members from the wages of bargaining unit members on a monthly basis. All employees in the unit who have not authorized a Union dues/fair share deduction under this agreement shall execute an authorization for the payroll deduction.

Dues/Service Fees. All Resident candidates represented by CIR will be notified of membership obligation upon hire. As a condition of employment, within thirty-one (31) days after employment or within thirty-one(31) days after the execution date of this Agreement, whichever is the later date, each Resident subject to this Agreement shall join and maintain membership in CIR or, at the Resident’s election, (1) pay monthly to CIR a service fee equal to the monthly dues paid by CIR or (2) pay monthly to a non-religious charitable fund exempt from taxation under the Internal Revenue Code a sum equal to the monthly dues paid by CIR members; charitable fund to be designated in writing by the employee.
Dues/Service Fees. 1. Each employee in the Bargaining Unit hired by the County on or after June 1, 2018, must make an affirmative election in order to become a member of OCAA. XXXX must notify the County in writing of any employee who joins OCAA. In accordance with an Agency Shop election held on October 11, 2005, all full-time, regular employees in the Orange County Attorneys Association will be required, as a condition of employment, to become a member of OCAA, or to pay to OCAA a service fee in an amount not to exceed periodic dues of OCAA.

In accordance with an Agency Shop election held on July 13, 2001, all full- time, regular employees in the Craft and Plant Engineer Unit were required, as a condition of employment, to become a member of IUOE, or to pay to IUOE a service fee in an amount not to exceed periodic dues of IUOE for the term of the 2001-2004, the 2004-2006, and the 2009-2012 Memoranda of Understanding. Agency Shop was implemented with the pay period beginning September 7, 2001.

Dues/Service Fees. As a condition of employment, each employee in the bargaining unit on or before the thirtieth (30th) day after the effective date of this Professional Agreement, or on or before the thirtieth (30th) day after employment in the bargaining unit, whichever is later, shall tender to the Association either periodic and uniformly required Association dues or, in the alternative, service fees in an amount not to exceed those dues as set forth in the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association.

Alternatively, the Distributor may, at its sole option, make the following service fee payments to any Recipient, within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other interval as deemed appropriate by the Distributor: (i) “Advance Service Fee Payments” at a rate not to exceed 0.25% of the average during the calendar quarter or other period of the aggregate net asset value of Shares, computed as of the close of business on the day such Shares are sold, constituting Qualified Holdings, sold by the Recipient during that period and owned beneficially or of record by the Recipient or by its Customers, plus (ii) service fee payments at a rate not to exceed 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of Shares, computed as of the close of each business day, constituting Qualified Holdings owned beneficially or of record by the Recipient or by its Customers for a period of more than one (1) year. In the event Shares are redeemed less than one year after the date such Shares were sold, the Recipient is obligated to and will repay the Distributor on demand a pro rata portion of such Advance Service Fee Payments, based on the ratio of the time such Shares were held to one (1) year. The administrative support services to be rendered by Recipients in connection with the Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: answering routine inquiries concerning the Fund, assisting in the establishment and maintenance of accounts or sub-accounts in the Fund and processing Share redemption transactions, making the Fund’s investment plans and dividend payment options available, and providing such other information and services in connection with the rendering of personal services and/or the maintenance of Accounts, as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
