Duration agreement. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2018, and shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2021 and from year to year thereafter. In the event either party wishes to terminate this Agreement or modify or amend any article or clause hereof, then notice to that effect shall be given in writing to the other party no less than sixty (60) days prior to the terminal date of this Agreement. The modification or amendments of any specific article or clause shall not affect the remainder of this contract. Special conferences for important matters may be arranged between the parties pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4. If no notice of termination or modification is given by either party as provided for herein, then this Agreement shall automatically continue in full force and effect from year to year. The Employer and the Union for the life of this Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement even though such subjects or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this Agreement.

Duration agreement. This Agreement shall be in force and effect from and including November to and including October and shall continue in force and effect from year to year thereafter, subject to the right of either party to this Agreement within three (3) months immediately preceding the expiry date, or immediately preceding the anniversary date in any year thereafter, by written notice to the other party, require the other party to commence collective bargaining with a view to a conclusion or renewal of a collective agreement or a new collective agreement.
