The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative on wages, hours and conditions of employment for all full-time and part-time (½ time or more) licensed teaching personnel, school psychologists, occupational therapists, district-wide registered nurses, and speech-language pathologists hereby known as employee(s) by the District. Substitute teachers and temporary teachers employed for less than sixty (60) continuous calendar days are specifically excluded from the bargaining unit.
