Duties as Chief Executive Officer. Except as otherwise determined from time to time by the Board of Directors, Executive shall oversee all operations of the Company including but not limited to evaluation of business opportunities, and compliance with all tax and regulatory filings.

Duties as Chief Executive Officer. Employee shall have such duties, responsibilities and authority as are commensurate and consistent with the position of Chief Execute Officer of a company. During the Term, Employee shall devote his time and efforts to the performance of his duties hereunder. Hawk shall make available to Team any and all business opportunities that become available to Hawk which involve an area of business in which Team or any Affiliate thereof conducts business.
