Duties of Executive Director. The Executive Director shall:
Duties of Executive Director. The Executive Director shall maintain Product Group records in a secure and orderly manner.
Duties of Executive Director. Throughout his/her employment by the Authority, Executive Director shall diligently, faithfully and competently perform the duties and responsibilities of Executive Director, including but not limited to those set forth in the job description for the Authority Executive Director position, attached as Exhibit A, as amended from time to time) and as may be assigned to Executive Director from time to time by the Board during the Term of this Agreement. In performing these duties the Executive Director shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, DHCD regulations and guidelines, and directives and policies of the Board.
Duties of Executive Director. By April 1st of each year, the Executive Director shall prepare and submit to the Product Group Chair, a budget of the estimated expenditures of the Product Group for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, and estimate the portion of the total budget to be paid to the MUSL by each of the Party Lotteries in accordance with estimated sales. An acceptable method of payment shall be determined by the Product Group, subject to approval by the Board.
Duties of Executive Director. Receive the names of prospective contractors and proposed subcontractors who expect to enter into contracts in excess of $100,000.00.
Duties of Executive Director. In addition to any other authority or duties conferred by direction of the Board, the Executive Director is charged with:
a) the implementation of strategies and carrying out of the directions of the Board;
b) the approval of disbursements and entry into contracts within the limits and in accordance with the authorities delegated by the Board;
c) the selection, employment, supervision and discharge of all employees, subject to the ratification of the Board and Board involvement in the foregoing as it deems appropriate;
d) to act as a spokesperson of the Society, sharing this responsibility with the Chair and other directors as the Board deems appropriate;
e) to act as a primary contact between the Society and outside persons, organizations, and the public at large, sharing this responsibility with the Chair and other directors as the Board deems appropriate; and
f) to sign such documents as may require the Executive Director’s signature.
Duties of Executive Director. The NEON COG Board of directors may delegate authority to the Executive Committee and the Executive Committee shall exercise all authority of the Board in the management and conduct of the NEON COG affairs, to-wit:
1. Employ an Executive Director to perform day to day activities on behalf of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director shall;
a. Promote cooperative arrangements and coordinate action among members as well as with other agencies and the local, Ohio and federal governments.
b. Promote cooperative agreements and contracts among members as well as with other governmental, public and private agencies.
c. Perform planning by: (a) personnel of the NEON COG; and/or (b) contracts between the NEON COG and other public or private planning agencies.
d. Hire staff and contract for services of consultants and experts within budget and policy parameters.
e. Purchase and/or lease supplies, material, equipment and facilities deemed necessary and appropriate to carry out the NEON COG business.
f. Approve expenditures and enter into contracts on behalf of the NEON COG in accordance with the budgets approved by the Board of Directors.
g. File a written report of any activities at each meeting of the Board of Directors.
h. Act on behalf of the NEON COG in situations as determined by the Executive Committee as necessary in order to act in a timely manner and be responsive to the best interests of the NEON COG. Such timely and responsive actions shall be reported to the Board of Directors at the next regularly scheduled monthly or special membership meeting and ratified.
i. Perform such other functions and duties as are necessary for dealing with problems of mutual concern.
Duties of Executive Director. The responsibilities of the Executive Director of the FAAST shall be:
1. The position of the Executive Director may be equated to that of any senior operating office employed by any professional organization.
2. As such, the Executive Director assumes control and management of the administrative processes of the operation of the FAAST.
3. It is essential that the executive brings to the position an ability to adopt broad, comprehensive views of the organization’s objective, as well as an ability to establish and implement the necessary steps of the attainment of goals.
4. The Executive Director is responsible for the smooth running and successful implementation of the organization’s operations.
5. It is recognized that income is of paramount importance to any organization and emphasis is slanted toward the task of fundraising.
6. The Executive Director is accountable for all of FAAST’s operating affairs and will make timely reports to the Board of Directors/Advisory Council.
Duties of Executive Director. The position of the Executive Director may be equated to that of any chief executive officer employed by any professional organization. As such, the Executive Director assumes control and management of the administrative and legislative processes of the operation of the National Office of EANGUS. The Executive Director is responsible for the smooth running and successful implementation of the organization’s National Office operations. The Executive Director is accountable for all of EANGUS’ National Office operating affairs and will make periodic reports to the Executive Council. The duties of the Executive Director will include those items listed in Section III below. Employee shall work in the Washington D.C. area.
Duties of Executive Director. The Executive Director shall act as disbursing officer, and shall be responsible for the payment of all bills, or of all warrants or requisitions, after payment thereof is authorized by the Treasurer. He shall be responsible for keeping a record of all monies paid out and received and of receipts and vouchers to cover such expenditures.
