Educational Activities. Resident shall participate fully in the educational and scholarly activities of the Residency Program, including the performance of scholarly and research activities, as assigned by the Residency Program Director. Resident shall attend the required educational conferences as delineated by the Residency Program. Resident shall assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents and students as assigned. Resident shall participate in assigned UCMC, medical staff and Residency Program activities.

Resident will fulfill the educational requirements of the Program, including without limitation, devoting his or her best efforts to participation in the educational and scholarly activities of the Program, including the performance of scholarly and research activities as assigned by the Program Director and/or as necessary for the completion of applicable Program requirements, attending all required educational conferences, and participation in other assigned activities of the Program.
Educational Activities. The City wants to enhance the City’s integrated Solid Waste management programs and practices, including Recycling. The Contractor shall help the City by providing technical advice and assistance concerning these programs. The Contractor also shall help the City develop educational programs and materials to promote the City’s Recycling and sustainability initiatives. Further, the Contractor shall make presentations about these topics to schools, civic groups, homeowners’ associations, and other groups when requested to do so by the Administrator, up to a maximum of twelve (12) times each Operating Year. However, the Contractor is not obligated to make any out-of-pocket expenditures to comply with the requirements in this Section 36.11.
